Love HubSpot Marketing as one complete digital solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Emails, Automations, and Forms. I like the automation these create for a small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity of reporting at times, and the lack of detail with connected apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of private landing pages that are not indexed, and gated documents.
Great product for marketers, most user-friendly system I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so easy to just pick up and use. I've used some other systems that are overly complex, and not super friendly to new users. I appreciate that HubSpot is so intuitive for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel as though some of the offerings are not as robust as competitors. Less powerful filters, more limited automation options, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't have to spend a lot of time training various people on how to utilize these functions. Most people are able to jump in and figure it out for themselves, whether that's building emails, compiling customer lists, or building automations. I, as an admin, can spend my time on more pressing issues.
I enjoy the features for the marketing tab. It can always use improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the drop and drag features when creating an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating Lists. Seems a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem that it solves - Being able to reach our customers through one program for campaign marketing. Benefits: Great way to approach customers and new customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and file organization are great. Easy to use email editor
What do you dislike about the product?
Run into the need to spend more to do the things I want. Like access to apis, also, why can't I natively create conditional redirects on form input without having to code?

What do you like best about the product?
One place for our marketing initiatives, data and CMS and sales analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frustrated by some of the reporting features, making the report work with the right custom properties. Also feel we constantly are asked to spend more in order to access all features we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to track Google Ad performance and I love that it syncs with that account. Super easy to check ROI and performance.
Intuitive & Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The automation tools allow us to operate as if our team were 5x bigger than it actually is.Very easy to use. Very easy to customize. And virtually unlimited in its ability to scale up with your creativity and use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk import tool for the social media calendar is very clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our network of customers and partners is constantly growing and evolving. The marketing hub helps us keep in touch with each of them on a personalized level so that we can serve up warm conversations to our sales team.
User-friendly and helpful for all brand development strategies
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is! HubSpot has plenty of resources for any marketing professional and is my favorite way to manage our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any software could use improvement, for me there are some minor changes that could be applied to the template UX itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows our org to keep track of all of our contacts that we have retrieved from various CTAs, as well as ino=corporate automation that we typically would have to do on our own.
The Hubspot marketing hub is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub helps our business generating leads in the most complete way. We get to create helpful forms, great landing pages and do everything we can imagine to make our leads to coinvert in a easy and convenient way for both us and our customers. We can also do great reporting to evaluate our efforts and identify problems and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to better integrate our project management into Hubspot.

To see and understand how our leads convert.

I work primarily with email, but every other resource is very helpful, including the automation workflows, social, landing pages, forms, and other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was there was more support other than articles. Walking through with a share screen would be helpful/

Email is the most preferred communication and HubSpot has helped us reach our members for important information.
