HubSpot - my choice over competitors
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is easier to learn and use than competiting technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not as flexible as Marketo - workflows are more difficult to manipulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily build and track our marketing communications. Plus, connecting comms to a campaign helps us better evaluate ROI.
Seamless Platform with Goldilocks-Style Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is intuitive, the tools are robust without being over-the-top (like Salesforce), the tech support team is fabulous and quick to respond, and everything is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly this one is really hard to say - because I love everything about it I don't have any issues with how I'm currently using it. However, I would like to be able to edit social media posts after they've been posted. Right now, if there is an error in the post, I have to completely delete it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an easy-to-use platform that allows me to customize my emails, get visibility into who is opening and interacting with them, and makes social posting really easy to manage.
Social Media Management is very useful for my company
What do you like best about the product?
I would recommend HubSpot for social media management because once it's set up, it's very easy to use. It integrates well with the most common social media that we use and it allows you to very easily manage a social media calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would recommend that they do is to allow more than one image to be posted to Instagram at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see a whole month of social posts from multiple accounts/departments at once is great.
A powerful tool in your toolbox
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive so that I can find what I need myself. It is easy to use and provides me with everything I need to achieve my goals in one place. I like having that level of control and simple understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there is so much it can do, while it is possible to find how to do things yourself, it is best to go through HubSpot Academy training and put what you learn in practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, HS Marketing Hub makes it possible for me to do marketing the way I have always thought it should be done. Plus, it also makes it possible for our team to show our clients the benefits.
User Friendly Marketing for Begineers, Even better for experts
What do you like best about the product?
In the marketing hub, you get a layout to jump start your marketing in an easy way for begineers. Starting with easy drag and drop templates for emails and landing pages, social monitoring tools, and forms that are intuitive and easy to set up. Once you become more expert in your hubspot use, you're given was to customize these options to meet your branding and style. I would recommend to any marketer at any level!
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that sometimes it's a little too beginner friendly so there are some hurdles and workarounds to get past if you want to use it at a higher level.

They are solving social monitoring, email tracking, and easy to use templates.

Ease of use. I like all the features and the flexibility.

That my team does not use it and get on board the HubSpot airstream!

Automation features are incredibly helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub is an incredibly easy-to-use and intuitive platform that has been a great help to our one-man marketing team! I would recommend this to anyone who has mild automation experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing is very confusing. Invoices versus ordered makes it look like you're paying more than you are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the issue of one person trying to do it all. With easy-to-use automation we can do more with less! It has increased our productivity immensley. 10/10 recommend.
