It's a very effective marketing tool for all industries and user-friendly.

Sometimes the new features areunnecessary.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support - Hubspot is the best in supporting customer as they use the tool. Live chat, call back are great when you are stuck at something, and someone will help with solve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing integration with some important tool power bi is a problem and need custom integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating lead, nurture and covert them to paying customers

What do you like best about the product?
CRM Management. We use Hubspot to manage our CMS and it is very easy to use and intuitive to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to report on specific things depending on how you use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of everything in one place and avoid having to use multiple sources to gather data.
Allows me to see all of the data I need in intuitive reports.

Making easy changes to my content and tracking success.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't export data well. IT would serve me well.

A system that allows me to have data and make decisions on going to market.
Great Platform for content, sales, site-building, and anything else you need from your CRM.

The ability to easily create, manage, tag, and track content, landing pages, offers, and website pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making it easier to export data (traffic, image data) would go a long way toward delivering the experience that Hubspot. Being able to customize data views (for example, choosing to always see submission rate when viewing page details) would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track metrics easily, quickly make changes and run tests to determine what content and messaging work best for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Really appreciate how thought out the software is. I like that I can message on chat whenever I have any issues and they help resolve it the issues so quickly which is appreciated!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly Hubspot academy is my least favorite part of Hubspot's process. There are some things that need more in depth explaining and I think an early or in person training would be more helpful for those new to the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our campaign ROI tracking is hosted through Hubspot which is crazy helpful and the trackable url feature is one of my personal favorites since it's all hosted within the software.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub is unbelievably user friendly! I can manage my entire program using a single system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish its landing page building tool was as easy to use as some other builders on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing department benefits from the reporting and visibility the hub provides. It keeps everyone on the same page.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about the marketing hub is its easy use and learning. The chat feature with support is also super helpful. There are always new and exciting features being added.

Sometimes there are basic email editing features that are missing.

It's making sales enablement super easy

I love how easy it use to create a marketing email and customize it
What do you dislike about the product?
When it cones to creating landing pages I wish there was a bit more sync with forms and emails, where if I connect a TY LP to the form it would auto connect to the form that is on the current LP rather then having to insure its been re connected after with the radio biutton

The marketing hub helps us with marketing emails, landing pages as well as forms and how easy it is to connect them all
Quite simply the best growth engine for a SMB!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, efficiency, user interface and add/ons. It is a must use for both newbies and experienced marketers. I have not used a competitor that comes close to HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the price is a bit steep for an SMB, and some modules are redundant when you purchase a more extensive package. I would love a pay as you grow option!

We needed a more integrated and efficient marketer toolset that sales reps and other parts of the workforce can use and enjoy, and the tools that HubSpot offers have made it easy to both manage and grow said users.
