HubSpot sets the standard for marketing and automation
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing automation features are second to none. Having everything mobile responsive by default is crucial. Then add on the Academy to learn you up on everything, and you have a complete package.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting limits. With so much data, you want to create reports for everything. Unfortunately, there is a cap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's aligning our team on initiatives, KPIs and goals. Plus giving us the data we need to make crucial decisions.
Great tool for busy marketing generalists
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is gathered in one place and the data is synced with Salesforce CRM. The default reports are helpful and the interface is easy to use. I'm a big fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that are available on other Hubs that I think would be useful for marketing such as the library/database. We have a lot of content and it's very technical so trying to keep everything organized and easy for our customers to find gets clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of me not having time to do everything at once. It makes it attainable and satsifying to send out emails, post blogs and update our website content and it's easy to see what I need to fix or improve on.
I enjoy using the hubspot marketing hub. I feel its very easy to navigate.

I like that i can easily reach someone with questions that may come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the site is slow.

It is solving the issue of making marketing easier and more enjoyable.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is user-friendly, has great analytics features, and I love the integration with Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure that there is a feature I dislike about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping me to learn how many people are actually opening and reading the communications that I send out. I can make adjustments based off my open and click rates.
A great tool for marketing departments looking to grow their lead generation and content reach.
What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation and landing pages are the most helpful to my organization. I appreciate the ability to track marketing qualified leads and see precisely where they go on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not really sure there is anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping solve lead generation and benefiting both our sales and marketing departments.
User Friendly Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly the platform is. I am able to build emails and landing pages on my own without the knowledge of code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is sometimes for simple color changes on things we have to involved our Hubspot contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to categorize my leads by market in a simple way!
Amazing product for marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Academy and how helpful it is. It's so nice to be able to send people to training there instead of having to take out working time to train folks. The marketing hub is really robust and easy to use, especially for my tech challenged co workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media tracking reports are not as robust as I'd like them to be

Hubspot helps us organize our marketing so multiple people can work on a team, create content, and post. It also helps segment easily

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integrates pretty well with almost all the other tools and apps we use. This makes it easy to adopt and easy to justify to leadership. The cost is pretty good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are not as well built as I would want. Its like it is almost there, but not always. Trello doesn't work very well with the workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a marketing platform that could be adopted by all of our employees, even those without any sales or marketing tool background. It's easy to use, even for new users.

Easy to view and cross reference different sections of contacts and perform analytics using reports on them

Hubspot can have a difficult learning curve, but well worth the time investment
