User friendly for our whole team
What do you like best about the product?
At our institution, more than just the marketing team needs to use the marketing functions. They are so user friendly even the least technologically inclined can use the tools and share our content
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the content calendar to be available to our sales team and have customizable content categories
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a university and have a complicated marketing funnel that often gets used far into the "customer" (student) lifecycle by multiple teams. HubSpot Marketing Hub is simple to use, visual and helps us manage marketing generated content across the board

The Marketing and SEO courses are very engaging

I wish some of the videos were a bit shorter

Nothing. Everything is great. I recommend using it.

Emails, social scheduling, campaign management, reporting. All the team can have visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and giving results to management was made an easy task now!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with Meta advertising ads require a little bit of coding which can be a pain point in the experience

Reporting expenses vs results is now a few clicks away. Also tracking our buyer journey is possible.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly nature of the marketing hub has changed our business, allowing key stakeholders across departments to be active users/administrators of our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Super small thing, but would love if the marketing emails could be redeployed to a second list just a tiny bit easier.

We manage all of our email marketing and marketing attribution through this hub

Ease of use, and ability to segment customers so they receive relevant information.

inability to blind copy contact owners on marketing emails, or for sales reps to see metrics of emails

Simplified email communications with customers, with helpful data and metrics
What do you like best about the product?
As a team, we use a lot of email marketing and HubSpot allows us to do so seamlessly while also making it easy for multiple team members to add info, make changes, and track our communications' effectiveness. Being able to tie in landing pages and use forms for lead generation all from one platform has been incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much so far! My experiences have been almost entirely positive.

HubSpot is making it easier to track and qualify leads for our organization and ensure we're providing the right information.

Integrated systems and reporting allow me to be incredibly efficient with my time

The UI could use an update. Modernizing the look and feel would go a long way.
