What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's integrations and marketing data pulling saves me countless hours - and answers countless questions my clients have! I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't do social media posting that well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of managing several clients, all with their own emails, sales info, and marketing needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Email/social scheduling is user friendly. I like creating the email flows for nurtures. It was very easy to pick up/learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
WE're struggling with Salesforce integration process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
social scheduling in different timezones, central place to create email templates and send/reuse workflows from forms
Great out of the box or customizable automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's workflow tool has undergone massive improvements over the last few years to the point where it can do just about anything i need. I love being able to add different types of delays for action steps depending on my needs. I can often build low or no-code solutions for our marketing campaigns without involving IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
THere are still some inconsistencies in the way different features are rolled out. For example, I'll be able to use custom object tokens in automated emails, but not one-off/batch emails. Reporting can also be limiting if you don't use the out-of-the-box reports -- it's sort of all or nothing, pre-built reports or fully custom. Email reporting also leaves a lot to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our CRM, sales pipeline, marketing automation/email tool, and service platform -- so all of them!

I would like more tools for customer success, dashboards, health scores, realized revenue

The smooth transition between HubSpot and LinkedIn and building out content that we can share our blogs to.
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to tag people in the post before publishing. A concern on our algorithm and does this effect it.

The Hubspot Marketing Hub not only help me track analytics from our social platform to our website it also allows for better organization overall. Now, more than ever, with the new AI assistant, time is given back to me and let me make the transition from draft, edit, to publish is smooth and efficient.
Now with other platforms being intergreted with HubSpot I am already excited for what the future can hold when using HubSpot for our organization now and in the future.

The best CRM tool for your business
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use, with an amazing support team behind it. Everything for your business will be all contained in the same platform with tracking and communication all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small features missing that require an additional plugin or third part integration. For example, there is not a good native option for surveying and you'll need to find another tool for surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business requires an app inclusive tool for tracking and communication with customers and prospects. The ability to create landing pages as well means never leaving hubspot during a day.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate the platform and how quickly I can send marketing emails. The support is fantastic when I get stuck. Response times are fast and solutions are delivered in real-time

I haven't found anything I don't like. Any issues I've run into, support is there to help and it's usually due to the fact that don't use the product daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot to engage and inform customers. Our CSM has been a great asset; her; expertise is helping us optimize our newsletter and improve performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and simple, akin to what young people like me are used to. The logic can take a while to get used to, but anyone can pick it up - even those that aren't CRM managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature set and compute get easily overwhelmed when you have multiple products or needs.

It's a great CRM and marketing tool.
