What do you like best about the product?
Key features include
1.Marketing automation lets me build multi step workflows based on contact actions.
2.Very useful for content creation to attract traffic.
3. Designing and publish professional looking website easy to use.
4.Hotspots
AI is integrated throughout the Marketing Hub to boost productivity.
Overall many positive features relevant to small and Medium business like lead generation,ROI tracking,customised dashboards, audience segmentation.

I dislike this software because

2. Lock of Customisation in some cases
,3.It takes significant time and training to fully understand the platforms advanced features.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform centralizes key marketing activities like email campaigns, and lead tracking, which helps streamline workflows and improve visibility across teams. Implementation needs a real effort, but it's straightforward, and integrations with CRM and other tools are smooth once properly configured. I also appreciate how HubSpot provides helpful educational resources and responsive customer support when issues arise.

While the platform is powerful, some features can feel a bit fragmented or hidden behind higher-tier plans, which makes scaling costly. Reporting and customization options, though solid, could be more flexible.

HubSpot helps bring together multiple marketing activities in one place — from email campaigns and lead nurturing to website tracking and analytics. Automation features save time on repetitive tasks, allowing the team to focus more on strategy and content creation. Overall, it helps improve efficiency and keeps marketing and sales better aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool makes it straightforward to build newsletters with its drag-and-drop builder, which allows a lot of flexibility in layout and design. It’s simple to tailor emails to different contact segments, set up campaigns in advance, and track how they perform. The reporting dashboards are clear and give quick insights into engagement, which makes it easier to refine future communications. Overall, it saves time and makes the email marketing process more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email editor could run more smoothly. At times, font changes don’t stick until after refreshing the page and reapplying them. Default brand settings for fonts and colors also aren’t always carried over automatically, which adds extra manual adjustments. Previews can display inconsistently depending on the device, so additional testing is often needed. On top of that, some more advanced capabilities like A/B testing or deeper analytics are only unlocked with higher plans. Still, none of these drawbacks overshadow the overall usefulness of the platform.
Also the integration with Zoom does not work fully unless mandatory registration is turned on in Zoom - meaning when hosting webinars and you have a Hubspot landing for registration, you will also have to have registrations turned on in Zoom, so the user has to register twice. This can be solved with a workaround by uploading the attendance list manually after the event. A bit of a hassle- this should be improved.

Setting up campaigns, emails, and forms is straightforward, and the workflow builder simplifies creating common automations. The lists and reporting features are easy to understand, and integrations such as Google Sheets make it convenient to keep basic tracking centralized without requiring extensive setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features require a few additional clicks, and synchronization is not always immediate. Achieving more advanced customizations sometimes involves using workarounds.

HubSpot Marketing Hub brings all our marketing and lead data together in one place, automates repetitive tasks such as updating lists and syncing with Google Sheets, and enables prompt follow-ups whenever properties are updated. It enhances our ability to segment audiences and makes reporting much more straightforward, allowing us to reduce manual work and gain quicker, clearer insights into what’s effective.
Hubspot - Solid user friendly option, recommended
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected in one place — from emails and landing pages to forms, automation, and reporting. It’s super intuitive and makes it easy to see what’s working and what’s not. The analytics and CRM integration save a ton of time and give a clear view of the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is a bit bad. I think that needs an upgrade. Like why do i need to search the name of a deal, cant i just search the contact name
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connected the chat bout, it assigns leads. Its really good. Also the newsletter. We basically dropped a few other providers and now just use hubspot
Always Evolving, Always Updating
What do you like best about the product?
It's always evolving, always getting better. And the resources for learning are excellent. Between Hubspot Academy, the free webinars, and the HUGS community, there are plenty of ways to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because things are evolving, sometimes they change too fast without enough notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an enterprise Hubspot company, and we've been using Hubspot for social media, email marketing, landing pages, sequencing... many marketing efforts. However, when we migrated our website from Wordpress to Hubspot 60 days ago, Marketing Hub because much more robust for us. The analytics and the possibilities are endless now.
Great for email, automation and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
I use a lot of it for email marketing, and setting up automated flows. i also track dates and use it as a baseline CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing of the seats can be annoying, it can get real expensive real fast for larger lists
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to grow quark baby both from a retailer perspective, but also from our actual B2C and B2B buyers.

We really trust Hubspot as a source of truth for Marketing - we like the dashboard and interface. Ease of implementation and we use it frequently

Good allround CRM for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Taken step by step this is one of the easiest CRMs to get to grips with and implement. You can use an agency but it is possible to do it yourself. It has a number of features in the first levels and integrates to different softwares
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot support can feel more like a sales pitch but for real issues they come through.
For some features you need to be on the much higher priced options.

Social media posting and integration into the full reporting is good. Analytics are good as well but it should be noted that hubspot reports higher than google analytics but this is a known issue
