Great experience, even for a beginner like myself
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the support you get from HubSpot. Chat support always has the answers and our Success Manager is always patient with my crazy ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, to be honest. I've had a very positive experience and I think my sales team will also like what I've impleimented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the Sourcing Director for outsourced products, I needed a way to streamline and keep track of all the quote requests from my sales team. So I was able to, with the help of HubSpot support, create forms for a request for quote submissions. I created a landing page so the forms are easily accessible from any browser. Now the beginning stage of a deal can now be all in one place, not several emails going back and forth.
HubSpot Marketing Hub Does It All!
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub allows our marketing team to do everything we need in one place, including blogs, landing pages, social media, and campaign tracking. Its tools are very easy to understand, and HubSpot has a plethora of wonderful resources on their site to help you learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more options from HubSpot when it comes to customizing campaign tracking and UTMs. We create our UTMs a bit differently for internal purposes, and HubSpot seems to overwrite the UTMs we use if a campaign is attached to an email or landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us one central platform for our marketing initiatives and tracking, with almost any other solution having integration options available. Custom reporting and dashboards help us and the sales team to see how we are meeting our goals.
Excellent marketing tools and educational resources.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the hubspot academy and the marketing blogs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limited design aspects to the landing pages, forms and pop-ups. The reports are a little tricky to get use to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to create lead capture tools and funnel and segment our prospects.
HubSpot is a great tool that has everything our company needs. Highly recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the dashboard feature and how simple it is to create workflows and contact properties. It is very self-explanatory and user-friendly. HubSpot has been the only CRM I have used out of college, and it will be the one I hopefully continue to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything that I use HubSpot for works great and does everything I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving the issues of having information in many different locations and documents. It is providing a centralized location for everything we need.
Small Business & Growing Business Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very user-friendly. Hubspot is the easiest way to get your business online. Hubspot is the user-friendly way to get the most out of your marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can have easier integrations with apps. They can also have better support for items that may be confusing and difficult to manage. It's intimidating to learn everything all at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between us and our customers. We've been able to provide better customer service and create a seamless experience for our customers and throughout the journey by using Hubspot.
Pretty good interface, easy to use. A couple missing aspects that would be nice, but not necessary.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's pretty straightforward and tells the user where to go with its library of guides and FAQ in case you need help. The customer service team is also great
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there's a little too much clutter and small things that make the job harder. I think it could be better if there was more ability in creating some tools for marketing i.e. creating a landing page for a sales rep without asking for their login details etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problems of reaching out to prospects and clients. It is benefitting me by allowing me to customize, create, and maintain lists and contacts that can be marketed to.
Intuitive and easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to Hubspot's team of marketers on hand for assistance is great
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure, I don't think there's much to dislike. Maybe not having a lot of design freedom?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to reach out customers, partners, and clients quickly and efficiently.
Robust Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot Marketing Hub for its automation and campaigns. We are able to track influenced revenue to see how our campaigns are performing on a high level as well as a more granular view of who our contacts are. We can also track sales like never before.
What do you dislike about the product?
with new apple privacy measures - tracking has become difficult and can be inaccurate. Hubspot seems to be combatting this by calculating adjusted open rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM has replaced so many excel sheets and our contact management has improved greatly. We are also now able to segment more strategically. The workflows are also far superior to MailChimp's "journeys".
Love the integration, not a big fan of funnel reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with LinkedIn, Facebook, and basically all our socials! We can also post content through Hubspot which is awesome! I have not used salesforce so I don't know how better or worse it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a big critique of funnel reporting, it is super difficult to create funnel reports and I have been struggling a lot. The support helped but certain features are just not available. Also would love the amount of interaction the lead had and we could run campaigns against people who spent 10 minutes on certain pages. More intent based data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now it helps us solve problems in running campaigns and seeing reporting by cost and by lead. It is also helping us segmenting the leads into lists and sending them into the funnel.

I don't have something to dislike. The platform is great!
