Helpful Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the email tool so much. The interface is very helpful for someone like myself who isn't super tech saavy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any things that I dislike about the platform. It is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing that the hub is helping solve is the amount of audiences I have to reach. Things are segemented very well in the platform and make it easy to use.
Easy to use email tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think the drag-and-drop functionality is my favorite feature on the marking emails tool currently. This is part of the newer marketing email version, which we love. I also love to new added aspect of AI to help with writing emails and subject lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anythign I dislike currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that we can all work on emails in the same hub. It is also nice to have the tracking on individual contacts to see who is opening our emails when we get to their record
A great tool to aggregate and analyze marketing data
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the HubSpot Marketing Hub allows for our team to condense the number of tools required to run and track our campaigns while providing other utility to the campaign setup process such as form creation. The ability to link data from multiple sources such as Facebook and Google ads to have one centralized place to track campaign data has streamlined the process of monitoring the success of our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization in internal data visualization tools offered. We currently have to use a 3rd party tool (Databox) to get the level of visualization we need and the customizability we want in creating dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem HubSpot Marketing is solving is removing clutter and solving the lack of centralization in our marketing program we used to struggle with. We used to use multiple tools to track various ad platforms and didn't have a good way to pull all the data into one centralized place that made it simpler to manipulate and analyze campaign data. Being able to track email campaigns and social media paid campaigns all in one platform has made visibility between different roles on our team also much more streamlined.
Great for managing the whole marketing stack for growing businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot has everything from Website, Ads, SEO, to analytics. I think the best part is it is good at everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the things I dislike about Hubspot is that it isn't GREAT at any one given thing. Which is OK!!! It isn't intended to be your final form marketing stack, but instead a great way to learn exactly what tools work for you, and a place to see everything all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of a one-stop shop. I am a small team -- I can easily go see anything I need to see, create new emails, make website changes, etc. It gives me the ability to manage a lot of different things in one place.
Incredibly Customizable and Valuable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the metrics & data it collects on contacts, companies, etc. Hubspot is extremely responsive, both in terms of customer service and also improving the platform. There are constantly new, useful tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email formatting system is deceptive, in that it looks fine in the browser but renders differently than portrayed when you actually send it. They've built in ways to help you fix that (sending test emails), but I feel that service could be improved. Creating templates takes a fair amount of design & HTML knowledge. I also wish that they could create a calendar syncing system for scheduling meetings, that can then be wrapped into a date-responsive workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in touch with contacts. keeping track of pipelines, storing historical data, and automating tasks. It's an invaluable tool for a small team with big expectations/goals, and it's a great teamwork tool with shared notes and visibility.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is THE tool for marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is insanely robust in its feature offerings and capabilities, and yet somehow manages to be pretty easy to learn. And when I don't know how to do something, a quick search on HubSpot or Google more often than not, provides me with the answer I was looking for, allowing me to look like a total rockstar to my team :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the system can do SO much, it's often hard to know the full breadth of its capabilities, which can cause you to miss out on certain opportunities. One thing I do really dislike is the inability to make certain changes/updates to contact records in bulk. Not the end of the world, just frustrating and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is saving us a lot of time, for sure. Being able to create automated workflows for an endless variety of instances and needs has been amazing, and really helped us streamline what we're doing.

We are now able to align our sales, marketing, and customer experience team around the entire customer journey. We're able to send the right message at the right time to the right contacts.
User-friendly tool with limitless capacity
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of HubSpot is the ability to track your impact over time, which you can do through customized reports that easily allow you to see performance over time and across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's social media features are very limited. You can schedule posts, but it's difficult to tag others and you can't easily retweet or reply to comments. It also doesn't account for impressions or clicks on posts that have been shared by others, just your original posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot primarily to house contacts and measure the impact of our email communications, which has been extremely beneficial as we develop and refine our marketing and communications strategy. We have barely scratched the surface of its capabilities to automate emails and convert contacts to clients.
A great all-in-one marketing hub
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very well built and is easy to use.
HubSpot Academy and support are very good resources to advance your skills and make the most out of this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few customization options in the landing page and email drag and drop builder. Its difficult for a non-developer like me to customize the designs to my liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with all of our inbound marketing efforts, be it managing the contacts, email marketing, landing pages, testing, and optimization. Email is becoming one of the top performing channels.
