What do you like best about the product?
We love the extensive design capabilities of landing pages and the analytics we can get around these pages. The customizable content blocks have been great for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike some of the hurdles that come with the Hubspot and Salesforce integration. We don't like some of the sync errors that occur and nuances that hubspot cant answer on behalf of Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing is solving the communication disconnect between prospective guests, web visitors and our internal team. It benefits us through automation, forms, landing pages and analytics.
Not sure how else I would so easily create landing pages and more

Allows me to quickly and easily promote events and collateral
Hubspot does it all - easy to use, has everything we need, and the customer support is top notch

I love the options there are for automation and customization. The platform is fairly intuitive and easy to use. Whenever I do run into a problem, customer support is quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can think of that I dislike.. I wish the email reporting was a bit more robust but other than that, I don't have a lot of feedback.

Hubspot helps us manage all of our emails, forms, workflows, ads, and more in one place. It helps our team be more productive and makes it easy to store everything in a central location.

Not always a 1:1 sync with Salesforce or other tools that may pre-date Hubspot adoption

Providing simple tools to execute and automated tracking/analytics to streamline processes and efficiencies

Very easy to manage compared to comparable tools like Eloqua or Marketo.
Easy to use UI, very intuitive, great for anyone commercial to enterprise in terms of company size.

What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows tend to be a little rigid in terms of customization and have run into many sync errors. Could use more code-based integrations to allow for higher flexibility for customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom field automaiton, salesforce campaign allocation, lead scoring and tiering, nurture campaigns. It's a one-stop shop for all things email and automation at a great cost.
Amazing easy to use. Hubspot Academy helps you a lot. One point solution for many problems.

Workflow and automation are the best ones to use. Easy to understand a lot of things due to youtube videos and the academy. CRM and sales team can work together to slove problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest nothing much to dislike sometime the log in issue. And social media postings can be improved when you post anything on facebook it adds black border on both the side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues we are used to facing are CRM tools and one-point solutions for all the leads that we get and pass to the sales team. It helped to increase our business and collaboration an faster way.
Hubspot - good for large companies, too expensive for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of getting started --> Hubspot doesn't require a lot of technical knowledge to understand and get going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing: They have a 90% startup discount for the first year, which drops to 50% discount 2nd year, full price 3rd year. Alternatives are 10x cheaper, so not worth the extra cost imo.
Support: in our experience, support is limited to 'upselling', at least if you don't pay even extra for a migration/support plan

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation is pretty simple with Hubspot Marketing Hub. Sendin gmail campaings, keeping track of opened links etc. Really great as a non-marketing and/or non-technical person to dive in and get started
Building scalable processes across divisions and providing transparency
What do you like best about the product?
Modern working requires agile software and HubSpot enables exactly that, building transparent processes whilst being able to track progress closely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike but sometimes when it comes to providing a customized view it can become a bit tedious setting things up.

MArketing Hub enabled us to contact influencers at scale and achieve organic growth that was not possible to achieve without using this software
Easy to learn, easy to use and next level capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
All the features that Marketing Hub provides make it easy and straightforward to run new campaigns. Plug and play with Salesforce and many other platforms also let me track the success of campaigns too.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a few months of using it, the only thing that I would like to be more straightforward is creating and testing workflows instead of having to make them live to see if they work.

Making it much easier to create emails, landing pages, and lists than what I previously used, Marketo. Hubspot Marketing Hub makes Marketo seem very out of date and a struggle to use.
Multiple tools and opportunities for the marketing and sales activities, new ideas and way thinking.

Interconnection of the tools and pages; easy to find and operate, multiple options and "lego" style of the tool construction; it generates creativity.

Takes quite some time to learn and train how to operate this portal. It's different from the platforms used in the past.

Promoting the information and benefits about the company at the market, many tools are at the same portal, possibility to correct the stuff and update it.
