What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about Hubspot Marketing Hub are the personalised workflows and reporting (+dashboards)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I miss the other functionalities such as sequences - they are only part of other paid "packages".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For instance source of new contacts - we are tracking these with workflows based on fields provided by the marketing hub.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in getting campaign data performance, it like an all in one solution for digital marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much so far, still needs to explore the rest of the Sales Hub in HubSpot

The marketing hub has all the tools one needs for digital marketing, from creating landing pages and pillar pages to Keywords analysis that includes search engine optimization to doing campaigns and getting data and insights on performance

What do you like best about the product?
My team loves all the features around the Hubspot Workflows, which make it easy for everyone to quickly create process automations. My team uses Hubspot now full time and this helped us massively in the past weeks and months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I truly dislike about Hubspot. There could be some smaller improvements that we would love to see implemented in the future. Especially in regards to E-Mail Personalizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub solved many problems in recent months. But the major benefits are automatization, time savings and also money savings, all this with this supeasy-to-learn software.

What do you like best about the product?
There is great scope for building out individual reports and dashboards which come in handy when presenting to non-marketing areas of the business who just want results

some of the processes can be long-winded and a little difficult, but on the whole, it is a platform that is intuitive and easy to use, navigate and perform what you want to with

we are able to attract, nurture and convert prospects, tracking their progress and handing over leads to the right people with information about what the prospect is likely to be interested in, and why

What do you like best about the product?
Contact management is very clear and structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting options and the filtering in lists and globally are very limited. For most of the information (e.g. dates for email subscriptions, filtering with timestamps for submissions or list enrollments) we would need, there is no easy way to get it. You always need workarounds to maybe get the information you need. Sometimes it's just not possible.
Tracking is also not very elaborated. It tracks all the activity from the members of the company, e.g. when they are testing viewing a landing page... As well as from outside the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Newslettermails, contact management is ok, email tracking, history of the contacts.

The ease of use and fast improvements.
The reporting functionality is always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything can be automated howeverfew times this limitation is frustrating.

Easy way to track interactions, webinar registrations and attendance.
We benefit hugely from easy integrations available aswell

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has native integration with almost any other system that we want to use, a clear understanding of the platform and a very good way to keep everything organised in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the updates are very useful, but I wish they would be communicated beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning campaigns, contact records, lists are very helpful when it comes to keeping track of all the activities and the workflows are one of the best tools to use within HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling features for social. How easy it is to set up social adverts
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the calendar in the social section to allow you to add notes so you can discuss an idea or post with your colleagues and add notes of when you'd like it to be published without having to actually schedule the whole post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's brought together our sales and marketing into one place and given us a lot of clarity of how new customers are coming to us which is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Really great tool for growing companies. The form and landing page builders are invaluable, easy to use and you can get automation set up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Product does exactly what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a SME get the bones of automation, lead generation, and high quality funnel marketing up and running quickly. Its all here, and easy to set up. You can make a big impact swiftly.
