Great all in one marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything like social, email, landing pages, CTA's, dashboards and sales data feeding in, makes you make better marketing decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you had a lot of contacts or email a lot you might have to upgrade. HubSpot is a great tool, and most of those for Marketing are on Pro. Sometimes other features on HubSpot sounds great but are on sales, or service or ops etc. But more marketing alone, pro is the go to level and good value for what it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all the contacts in one place with our marketing activity. The main thing we benefit from is proving how marketing is contributing through setting up campaigns. As the sales process for our product is longwinded and slow, it can be hard ot prove the work we are doing is transforming into engagement and new contacts and a money value. Camapigns shows all of this which is vital.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations and wokflows that I can create in Hubspot! It makes our live so much easier and work much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the software is constantly growing, there are often changes to the existing functions (which is not necessarily bad, as it means improvements, but it requires a lot of adjustment.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it is the perfect solution, as it combines our databases of clients and Marketing contacts. Also, we are an umbrella brand with different small brands in the company, and thanks to the contact and deal properties we can combine all databases in Hubspot and create powerful synergies while still assigning them to a brand each.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of integration opportunities with other 3rd parties
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say dislike, but I recommend providing with more insightful dashboard for running ABM campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run end-to-end b2b marketing ( inbound ) with Hubspot, and it performs strongly.

What do you like best about the product?
Really quick to set up email workflows and manage customer profiles. The ability to create custom properties within the CRM system is invaluable to tailoring our messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes require significant manual work to work around the 'out of the box' features. While there is almost always a workaround, it can be painful. But it's not stopped us from doing everything we've wanted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to easily communicate with all of our customers and accurately segment them to target our messaging.

The flexibility and access to its marketplace. The community to understand challenges and find workarounds. Knowledge base to onboard new joinees and projects to assign educational content.

What do you like best about the product?
The landing page editor is very intuitive and easy to use. Integrating forms and CTAs to the site is simple but also offers many customisable options to get it looking how you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a better way for me to organise my landing pages. There may already be but I haven't found it yet. Apart from this, there isn't much else to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing allows me to turn our news articles and blogs into lead-driving pages. The ability to track the path a lead took through our site which led them to reach out is very valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations through sequences and workflows. Plus keeping everything under one roof, such as ads, campaigns and more. One more thing that's awesome is tracking where people are coming from, e.g. what page they landed on etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms on offer aren't that customisable. Also, some things in the Ad section don't feel intuitive and are hard to work on / are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place, Automating follow-up emails. Being able to act on data!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to keep track of what is going on. The information is available to analyze and make the best decisions to create content of interest.

Similarly, metrics can be created at the contact level to help identify users with high engagement to move forward with them to get a new customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Marketing Email - Analyze section there is no possibility to exclude certain emails when you select a date range which can contaminate the analysis you are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of generating exposure and educating the public that is interested in what we do. At the same time, identify potential customers to generate sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hubspot Marketing Hub and also Marketing Hub Professional for almost 5 years now and I think the workflow feature is the best asset. Besides this, the drag-and-drop landing page editor is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a particular thing in mind. For me, Hubspot is a complete marketing automation tool, as I've used features like email marketing, workflows, landing pages, deals, lead scoring and social to cover all the marketing activities in my previous and actual marketing roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I use a bundle of Hubspot Marketing Hub and Hubspot CMS and they match our actual needs. We nurture our leads by using follow-up automated emails and we create more complex landing pages for our marketing campaigns.
