Simplifies a lot of aspects of paid ads for the end user, but misses some key functionalities

What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful to see all paid advertising accounts together within one interface. HubSpot allows you to see performance from Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn all together in one place and to easily see attribution of your contacts to your paid ad campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions for actually creating campaigns are clunky, and it's usually easier to set up campaigns within the engines themselves. HubSpot offers a 2-way sync which means usually this is fine but there are cases where tracking doesn't get synced over properly to the engines when you create ads within the engines, which is aggravating and results in the need to recreate campaigns within HubSpot's limited interface in order to make tracking work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us solve the issue of seeing performance for multiple accounts at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add and create new fields and adjust to your needs
Creating dashboards goes very fast and gives us a lot of insight to steer on.
Great integration with our website chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows give you a lot of options but sometimes miss a bit of flexibility and take a while to understand how to build them.
When creating advanced flows you can miss an option to add multiple users or steps for approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving insights into sales activities, conversion rates and pipeline. Makes it much easier to manage a sales team and detect improvements.
Going away from spreadsheets reports to live dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the workflows very useful as a tool to engage with current, past and future clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tool can be more powerful as well as the marketing contact structure which could be more intuitive and less punishing with marketing contact tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication efficiencies. Keeping track of communication and contacts and being able to see their activity and how they engage with our advertising and communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is easy to use and it gathers everything we need as a marketing software. It is really user friendly and helps automate, track and optimize our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the workflows section I would love to see the contacts that met the goal set in a quicker way directly from the worflow section and not by creating a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us centralize in one place our website and blog management, our inbound and automation actions, our social media management as well as the crm for our sales team. It is an all-in-one, perfect!

I'd appreciate more attribution models in order to measure. Or personalize e the attribution model.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about hubspot is that the workflow allows me to do things in a short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations but it depends on the plan you pay
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to classify users. Thanks to the workflow, it is possible to move them from one state to another automatically depending on specific characteristics. It's great!

The tool is really to use both for developers and for users
The possibilities are endless
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have a better documentation (some aspects are not really covered)
Some bugs here and there
Landing pages are not always good in terms of Core Web Vitals (especially CLS)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes landing page development and integration easy for non-technical people
It allows people to be more autonomous when building their pages and that frees up some times for my other projects

What do you like best about the product?
All in one place, easy to find all contacts and create emails. Automation and tracking are good
What do you dislike about the product?
U/X is not the best. when clicking on something and going back, all filters resets which is really annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out nurturing emails and building campaigns. Automation and creating lists, keeping track of contacts. Easy overview but work to do in the U/X department

Some features are very limited and isn't as easy to modify.
