Great platform with great analytical dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I love the graphs and their design, it makes it very easy to get insights and deliver knowledge to team members and other departments. It helps us as a marketing team to track our funnels and draw conclusions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need the help of our operations manager to help me build reports since they are the ones who set and identify the properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said the analytics they provide and the colorful graphs help anyone understand quickly the current situation simply and easily.
An easy and productive platform for digital marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful in the Marketing Hub is automation. When it comes to email marketing or lead growth generation, you want all your data ordered and your leads happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you would like to adapt your template you may need a designer expert in HubSpot to do so. Hubspot it is limited in creating your own design without a designer's help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to reduce costs within the marketing department as we can create everything for our campaigns within the platform. A huge advantage is that HS is integration-friendly and other tools you may use outside the platform may merge and work great with this program.

One of the best marketing tool, combined with the knowledge library you can achieve a lot for your company and your goals.

Just one thing, not being able to put tables into the emails.

Being able to send personalised emails to specific cohorts, its benefiting me by being able to reach 1000s of prospects.

There are great capabilities for the automation of sending emails and segmenting lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting is not as detailed as we require and requires some manual work. This could be a more automated process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our database with emails and tracking their activity. It benefits to have this visible within the contacts profile.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use CRM tool and how easy it is to import and attribute custom properties to new contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email editor tool. It's a bit clunky and takes a bit of time to get used to it.

Everything that's related to maintaining a clean and comprehensive contacts list, segmenting the lists, creating and sending marketing emails, and many more.
Great tool for growth startups
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely customizable, easy to change and adapt. The user experience is very clean and smooth with ease of use for new hires. Much easier to onboard that competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the functionality don't make much sense and they are quite slow to implement changes. For example, you can have dependencies and mandatory fields that are bypassed if a user uses the mobile app or a different location than planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Links marketing and sales together in a seamless way. Extremely quick to launch, ramp up and get going. Easy to change with no code and no prior experience of the tool
Easy to Use Popular Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have used it for Social Media and Email Marketing. It is easy to use and user-friendly. There are integrations allowed with various applications which are good customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though there are various Reporting templates but it can further be improved and made more simple. Modifying the list should be enhanced, currently it just supports removing contacts but not adding contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email in bulk, drag and drop option in email customization. Scheduling and running email campaigns and easy-to-view vital metrics like Open,click-through, bounces, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, UI/UX is very user-friendly. For a beginner, it allows you to explore and understand at a very fast pace. It makes the job of a marketeer easier with its functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. It is a well-designed product keeping the customer's needs in mind. I think the only place where we can improve is making the onboarding cost a little more affordable

User targeting, email drip marketing, Automation workflows, lead scoring and lead allocation to respective member is how it is benefitting my org at many levels.

What do you like best about the product?
The option to master tools and concepts behind it via Hubspot academy is a gamechanger. All the marketing tools are easy to use via the drag&drop functionality. It also has excellent customer support, all tickets and addressed and solved immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have a little more customizability in terms of existing templates. To add different button styles, image effects are some of the features that would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve the slow loading time of the website through landing pages. The landing pages are bringing us many leads. The forms automation feature is helping us to send personalized emails based on actions to our customers & prospects.
