All in one Platform for all Business Owners!
What do you like best about the product?
The advantage of Using Hubspot has been the integration of all paid channels into one platform. It's easy to navigate between accounts from different channels without having to open multiple tabs. This helps a lot when as a marketer we don't want to spend time manually switching into accounts for data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While making reports it becomes a bit confusing sometimes as it has a lot of parameters, but still, it doesn't pose a major problem since at the end of the day we're able to derive the data needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier, HubSpot is helping us solve the problem of doing more manual tasks as advertisers. Everything is integrated into one platform be it marketing , sales or customer service which saves a lot of time.
Easy platform to create automated processes with less manual work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflows and things you can do with the values to create automation and less manual work for both sales and marketing team. You also receive access to the marketing hub academy where you can get free courses and certifications to improve your qualification.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to always keep the count of your contacts created to not go beyond your plan: by constantly checking and monitoring; by cleaning up the contacts and improving their lead scoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and collaboration between different departments from support to sales and marketing. You can create automated workflows that will require minimum of manual labor to improve business processes: lead acquisition; lead refinement; answering support related questions and etc.
I would expect a more reliable insight on FB marketing and better Ad campaign features

The deal, flexible properties, pipelines
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow does not have a match feature which is a common logical expression
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to map customer journey with product journey and so far customer journey seems to be working well.
The best all in one marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Organisations that have a different tool for emails, social, lead capture and landing pages are missing out on revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously I would have said that the CMS was a separate entity and (expensive) price. Now that it is free!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution is now seamless.... if you have set up HubSpot correctly.
Marketing hub is a very useful tool in executing campaigns and tracking leads.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the use of the sequence feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. marketing Hub is a very good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The very complicated task of processing leads. Also, the process of sending emails to our leads are very efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to make changes to the landing pages without assistance. As a team, we can collaborate and add comments on workflows to share recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes what we can do on landing pages as part of the functionality is not readily available and has to be done via dev experts. If we can add more video templates, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had the team add additional social channels for UTM tracking and that helps us track performance better. We get instant support for queries, which has been very beneficial.
Great tool for marketing with great integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has everything I need in one platform. Emails, landing pages, workflows and all our contacts. Everything is summarised in campaigns. KPIs can be viewed in customisable dashboards and contacts can be organised in lists. It's also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit clunky sometimes (for example building and designing forms without code). Also, the fact that it has its own code language (HubL) can be a bit annoying. Its also a bit pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed software that has everything in one place and is easy to use. In the past, we had many different tools which became really annoying when preparing campaigns. Hubspot solves that problem.
Best Value in Marketing Automation Out There
What do you like best about the product?
It just works, I don't spend anywhere near as much time as I did in Marketo fixing sync errors with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as powerful as Marketo in some aspects, but I wouldn't pay the difference for those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email nurture programs and lead scoring to increase velocity in our buyers journey to become a customer.
HubSpot is a really easy tool to use with added insights to make your work better.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use the tool. Additionally, they provide tips and insights that help make my emails more useful or aid in performance. HubSpot also has a learning platform and knowledge base to help someone learn more about how to successfully use thier tools but also become a better marketer or email professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great that HubSpot has so many tools and add-ons but it can be a bit overwhelming. We have an account representative who occasionally talks with us about our products but in order to get the needed assistance, the chat or help section is the way to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for our email marketing and automation for our websites. It continues to be a great way to connect with those that have signed up to receive communication with us. Additionally, we can do A/B Tests to help us understand what is performing best for our audience. Additionally, they provide information if your email had a higher than normal bounce rate with a link to an article to fix the issue. Or find out what might be causing the issue.
Easy to use Everyday CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot has everything in one place when it comes to ensuring proper CRM needs and campaign management functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the reporting of KPIs and campaign analysis was slightly more intuitive and exhaustive as it is hard to leverage and use today for proper reporting in comparison to salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enables us to manage all of our email communications, lists, workflows, lead generation information and much more in one place while also then connecting directly and seamlessly with Salesforce.
