Easy to use, customizable and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are very helpful for customizing your crm, the analytics for the lead source are very helpful and the ability to easily create forms, landing pages and sequences. The support is always very helpful and available most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reporting is not that powerful, calculated values are not available and some reporting properties are only available in single object reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been very helpful in identifying the source of the inbound leads, we have easily created a chatflow in HubSpot that allows us to get more leads in different websites, also with workflows, we have been able to assign the lead contact to the sales team and notify them to contact the lead as soon as it is created

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing hub has allowed me to organize my campaigns so that I can reach my clients and prospects in an organized, personalized and differential way. I can generate emails quickly thanks to the ease of organizing content through drag & drop. The available templates are highly customizable and dedicated to each of my business objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I would not have a precise complaint about the tool. The only drawback I find is that the custom Call to actions created sometimes do not appear in the best resolution or quality, however it is not something that happens recurrently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub has allowed me to work more efficiently, achieving a quick design of the emails I want to send for each of the objectives of my marketing campaigns. The automation of processes allows me to multi-touch, which is a great benefit for the engagement of my customers and prospects and demand generation.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that there are a bunch of tools that your company can use. We used it to contact our contacts in bulks and set automated workflows. There's a lot of tracking told that your company offers that I think is very useful, such as tracking which customers opened your email, and response rate. etc. things like that,
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it how hard to learn at first, making the workflows took a bit of time to learn. It took a lot of time to learn how to edit the workflows to adjust to automated responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my company manage contacting many contacts all at once, with automated actions depending on what how they interact with the email. This helps save time.
Hubspot is, by far, the marketing tool that makes most sense
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hubspot's Marketing hub is how friendly it is to all kinds of users. It's to navigate and explore. It makes my Marketing operations way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to bulk delete unqualified contacts immediately without having to delete them by batches. I also think customer support would be way easier by Zoom calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty much segmenting all my contacts and letting me take action over each one of them. I can take different nurturing actions on new leads, old leads, leads that visit specific pages, score them and then prioritize them. It helps my whole team, both Marketing and Sales, work smarter.
A pillar for Content Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing to build a content strategy
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability and design are not that good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time using Hubspot. I'm more productive and also more accurate in the content strategy. Saving Time, helping with strategies, templates, keyword research, and automation. It's a 360 solution.
Taking our marketing to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
The email automation allows us to set it and forget it, allowing us to spend more time focusing on other aspects of our campaigns. I have experience with SalesForce and SugarCRM and HubSpot has been much easier to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note! We are very happy with our HubSpot experience. Switching from being a SalesForce admin, I was nervous about how easy it would be to adapt to but it was a smooth transition!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can reach all of our clients in one clean swoop and the email templates and automation options make it foolproof. We can track our response and open rates in a clean and easy-to-access manner.
HubSpot Makes Marketing Processes More efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations with outside platforms like Sprout Social where social profiles can be connected to hubspot contacts and services tickets created for a seamless experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside would be lacking in integrations with outside platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the need for having marketing efforts centalized. The ability to create and track all campaign efforts from within the platform allows our team to collaborate better and analyze performance easier in one location.
Have always enjoyed the Marketing Hub, and it always gets better
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is how easy it is to write and publish a blog. And it's great that they walk you through each part that needs to be done before publishing. It also makes it very easy to train others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to navigate editing a blog once you've put it into the blog field. I would like it to be easier to click and drag around images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time when blogging because it is so easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate for someone with zero experience in posting web content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates seem a little clunky, spacing and fonts are somewhat limited. The finished post could have a more polished look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting content out to our audience in a super fast way. Easy to repost to social media.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is the Apple for Simplicity of CRM Marketing Systems
What do you like best about the product?
We like the form creator and the multiple ways to host it, either by embedding, having HubSpot host the page, response options, etc. It's easily on par or better than MS or Google forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't use Ads or Campaigns at this time, but perhaps in the future. There are some great features such as shared inbox and website management tools, but they also don't fit our model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly forms implementations on our website, which we use for the "Contact Us" page as well as a Graduation Interview. The beauty of both of those methods being that the information ties directly to the Client record if the same email address is used.
