Easy to Use, Effortless Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to build workflows to execute marketing operations, as well as their data reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is hardly anything I dislike. The UI is wonderful and the help docs address most problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially it has made it easier to collect and categorize our leads.
HubSpot Marketing Social Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Hubspot for our company's social media accounts. After taking some of Hubspot's training certificates (which were incredibly helpful) I have been able to pick up the use of their tools with ease. The platform is very user-friendly and everything is conveniently located in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not run into any major downsides. I think if anything, it could make the experience a little better if it was easier to tag people or other companies in picture posts straight from Hubspot. This may just be a feature I haven't figured out yet if it is already available. But I think that would make the process a little easier if that feature was integrated into Hubspot itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes it easy to access all platforms in one space, keeping scheduling a more streamlined process. I also appreciate the ability to track analytics straight from Hubspot.
Everything We Needed In One Place!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot allows us to connect our social profiles, creates contacts, and lets us determine the workflows and communications for each contact. That's essential for us all, right? A personalized user experience. HubSpot provides that 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about HubSpot is that we consistently have trouble with the integration to our ATS. I'm having to import any marketing contacts every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we were having were providing adequate, relevant campaigns aligned with our marketing strategy. HubSpot has allowed us to create the content in the platform and provides the data so we know if we're on track and if it's successful!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that the information and data are stored and presented. Helps make goal measuring seamless. It's easy for my supervisor and me to cooperate on the site and share the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my contacts who fill out a form on my website don't go through. I have tried watching videos and I'm not sure how to fix it still. I have tried getting the certification to understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me track leads and view all of the content that they have digested. Helps me track website data also. We are better able to coddle our leads because of the service
Reliable, user-friendly option (especially for small marketing teams)
What do you like best about the product?
Clear UX design, easy to use, good training videos - a good solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social scheduling is wonky and randomly resets, which can be frustrating. But it doesn't happen often, and there are ways to manage it as a user.

It keeps what we need to do corralled in transparent ways, allowing people to work confidently across teams.

Marketing Certificates!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciated the digital marketing and content marketing certificate courses. As a summer marketing intern, I found the best practices and general grounding helpful and relevant, especially using HubSpot tools in my internships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the optional community interactions unhelpful– just didn't feel like engaging, which is a personal choice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning marketing best practices and the correct vocabulary for my field without having to bug my supervisor. I am also learning how to use blog and CTA tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team really likes being able to see everything in one place - a perk for them over Salesforce! We've included marketing properties within companies so the marketing team can attach their own information to companies, and we have some calculated fields as well that have been so helpful in reducing workload and manual processes. We also heavily use the workflows tool for slack alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
With forms, we would really love it if there could be conditional properties, eg. if the user selects a particular option for one property, then only show specific other questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows are really useful for us because we can use them to flag particular clients (eg. top account clients) on slack, so that lots of people at once have visibility. We also use workflows heavily to populate company level information from a deal - CSM's and marketing teams work at a company level so this is really helpful in saving time for us instead of inputting it manually.
