Centralised and intuitive solution
What do you like best about the product?
How centralised and easy to use it is, it's also very easy to train new collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few UX details I don't like : regarding the blogs, the page constantly scrolls up and it can be irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to centralised our solutions (CRM, CMS, SM management, Blog) in one spot.
Hubspot is a very functional and a multifaceted tool to use for many purposes

The numerous options and ways to use HubSpot for different marketing formats

Sometimes the tool is not intuitive and you have to dig deep to find a tool or a solution

it is making inbound marketing and b2b marketing easier and it benefits our website management
Lots of useful Tools but problems with being cutting edge
What do you like best about the product?
That it seemlessly combines many marketing areas into one useful tool. Thus it helps keep you an overview get the different areas working together as one to reach your goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
That Hubspot has a problem with being up to date / cutting edge:
-Many features slow down your website (example: every CTA loads an extra script)
-no real implementation of GA4...

It streamlines all the different areas of marketing into big force to support your business.

I used Salesforce before HubSpot, but I think that working on HubSpot is more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
For a person like me that make lead generation, the best thing is how I can manage my campaign. Efficient and simple to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are things in the workflows that in my opinion can be more simple and fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, HubSpot Marketing Hub help me to solve problems with the lead generation and make my team more productive.
The All-In One Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about HubSpot. We use it to manage Social Media, Send E-Blasts, Build forms, and Landing Pages. We have a dedicated person to help us get the best out of this tool: it's not merely a support technician, but more of a strategic advisor!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think there is something I dislike. Any idea we come up with during the week to improve our lead nurturing becomes a reality thanks to this platform. Right now, for example, we are working on a project for lead retrieval during physical trade shows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an all-in-one platform, it helps us to concentrate all our efforts in a single hub. Furthermore, the workflow feature allows making automatic several marketing processes, making us save time and money.
Essential in a startup's toolbox

It's very easy to set up pipelines, workflows and more complex processes to support and enable the revenue generating business functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequently occuring limitations to push upsells into higher plans.

Needing structure in marketing and sales efforts as well as forecasting capabilities.

Not posting PDF for linkedin and not having full access to LK analytics

It's good for keeping track of every marketing aspect in one place and sharing it with my colleagues
I can manage my emails, SMM, analytics and other marketing tasks all on HubSpot and that's GREAT.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot can be really easy to use and efficient when it comes to managing your contacts, running email marketing campaigns, doing social media posts, and landing pages, analyzing your data and getting a nice report for all the activities and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they had the possibility to view the company information for contacts while viewing a contact in list views, also to filter how many emails a marketing contact got in specific period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manging all your contacts and sending emails and follow-up emails takes a lot of time, using HubSpot helped with targeting more leads with better and nicer email templates than is really important when it comes to open and click rates

Workflows, automation, dashboards, contact list. properties

Sometimes, workflows can't do what i want (example : adding note on profiles)

Time saving, recurrent work, avoid mistakes and manual tasks
With Hubspot CRM Great Experiance..
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Hubspot last 5 years and have had a great experience, The best part is they have one solution under one-panel sales, and marketing and automation are easy to add. Also tracking lead and status of contact is easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Load time many times i have checked when we add lead and create workflow take too much time, they need to focus on speed due to many tools I think it will take time. but it's acceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Triggering the email sequence we used many workflows and handled lots of marketing contact or lead. Hubspot easily determine it and make flow to different department then everyone in the marketing team makes changes and do editing.
