The Best Marketing Automation Suite to Scale Your Business & Your Team
What do you like best about the product?
I've used most major Marketing Automation Platforms, and HubSpot hands down is the easisest to use and derrive value from. Most people can teach themselves or figure out new things from a team member or video, you see the fastest time to value from implementation, they have the most free training resources. HubSpot also has the most features included, has one of the best Salesforce Integrations, and is the fastest to executeit. I timed myself completing an email workflow in HubSpot vs Pardot and found that I was able to
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing major that I dislike. HubSpot is more costly than some platforms, but in comparison to Pardot or Marketo, you get a lot more for a similar price. If I had to pick something, I would say that I wish reports were much more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us track the success of our marketing efforts and engage prospects at every stage of the funnel. Whether that means capturing demand on a form, retargeting leads on ad platforms, or automating email nurtures.
Great CRM for marketing purposes
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to clone emails and landing pages to easily maintain a consistent brand identity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot that you can do with hubspot and it can get overwhelming. There are some aspects of it that I have yet to learn, such as templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track our efforts with analytics, and maintain branding consistency
Streamlined Communication + Organization Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been a vital tool in our CRM process. It has allowed us to make better, more informed decisions around leads thanks to the comprehensive data on email clicks, marketing email performances, and automation that organize communication and next steps required in a deal. The ability to share information across multiple departments has also been a huge benefit for our team. The dashboard functionality allows you to have a snapshot look at performance - creating more efficient and informed meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to be very informed on automation selected before officially implementing them into your processes. We've found that we initially turned on too many automations prior to having an informed perspective on what was actually beneficial and/or as our business shifted, certain automations were no longer necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is solving our organization's problem of project organization and client relationship management and is beneficial in providing us with informed sales and deal organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and the ability to create our own properties for contacts and deals have helped our team manage our pipeline!
What do you dislike about the product?
Historical data changes with the updates to each contact. With our SaaS business model, this is something that we're eager to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking and form tracking has helped us track where our engagements are happening from so our sales team can prioritize who to reach out to.
Superior functionality for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
It is setup with links to the sales hub. But also has fully functioning email capability w/ landing pages and web analytics all in one package!
What do you dislike about the product?
Let bit non-intuitive menus, but eventually you can find everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building our email campaign around it, but also using it in conjunction with the Sales effort via the Sales Hub.
The software is easy to navigate with excellent support staff to help you along the way to success.
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub is easy to navigatge with a clear understanding to where each part of the hub interacts with other hubs as well as your busniess. Reports are esily catgorized from data found and created in Hubespots marketing hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i would recoment is the further growth in development in the hub is its ability to show events such as campains or information located through other braches of hubspot into one secuse accessable location. It is a very inclusive hub with plenty of reasurces to fit others needs from a day to day to an overall bases for any business of any size. The biggest thing i recomend is the create a Calender for business events that show up in hubspot as well as a linked in calender so even if on the go people can access it on the mobile app and have access to everything they already have in hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub is helping my company grow its platform and display correct data of what is and is not working for our buisness as a whole. From campains to ads to simple well thought out email discussions. Information appears to be stored in a more well thought out manner that is easy to read and navagate through.
I love it! It's intuitive and easy to use.

I love CTAs and email automation. These help me make clear, personal calls to action to our contacts that still feel like relational connections. I'm all about it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the price that we pay for Hubspot in general. The product we get is excellent so that's why we're still customers! Also, the reporting tool is a little difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is helping us segment our audience and give personalized emails and calls to action. It's also helping us track our return on investment for our social media ads.

- Just a few features I hope to get added in the future, improvements in attribution reporting for example
