What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot facilitas vobis ut totum iter contactuum vestrorum videatis et curetis ut quae agitis eventus afferant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts and deals are not easy to automate in terms of their origin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the issue of not having visibility into our complete customer journey, enabling us to track results effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
You're only really limited by your imagination. If you can map out a process on a flow chart, you can pretty much set it up within Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, though I can imagine it being a little overwhelming for non-technical people. It's not plug an play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using pretty much all of hubspot I think. From website front end through to customer service. It's a good tool for keeping all your CRM in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use third party consultancies unless you really haven't got a clue. It's not a difficult platform to lear if you're even just a little bit technical and the support from Hubspot is pretty good.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot works really well for us as a B2B Saas company. It allows us to connect Hubspot with our advertising platforms so our targeting is precise. The workflows are extremely useful for automation and saving hours. The reporting functionality helps us keep a good eye on our numbers and activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a dedicated customer success manager, I would've liked a bigger pillar. If I have questions, I'll reach out to support. The audience connection between Hubspot and Google is also pretty bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our goldmine for ABM B2B marketing. It helps us target the right people at the right companies while saving a lot of time due to automation. Hubspot has definitely helped us scale.

What do you like best about the product?
The email system is amazing. Extremely powerfull, it's the best email marketing tool that I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that in order to use the platform for 2 different business units, you have to pay a nonreasonable amount of money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the problems regarding email marketing are almost solved. The main benefit is that we have one platform for all marketing projects/activities.

I occasionally struggle to establish how HubSpot has accredited revenue generated from specific campaigns

Lead generation - as a content managed HubSpot has allowed me to report across all content productions, getting a clear view of my performance

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about marketing hub - the email tool, the automation, landing page creation, social media integrations and marketing calendar which helps me keep everything super organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! I just wish that the landing page design tools would be easier to match to the design of our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is helping me automize a lot of things with Workflows and it enables me to follow-up with our leads without me having to remember every step. This is really beneficial also for the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
The fundamentals are good and it does the job. It integrates with most platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many limitations. Particularly around reporting and the number of integrations possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all our lead and client data in one place. As a CRM it's quite good.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how quickly I receive help and insight from the support line. Hubspot support is always there for any query and truly go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you can integrate stripe for automated marketing flows, instead of having to download Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all users and sending them on individual, bespoke journeys.
