Great Resource for Digital Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The social media post composer is very very visually helpful! Love seeing my whole month laid out on a calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't filter your posts that you see on the calendar view by brand. It makes it more difficult to rely on using campaign tags. I also don't like that you are not able to post more than four photos to LinkedIn and Facebook and you can't post multiple photos to Instagram. It is also frustrating that you can not add a location to the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to post social media posts in real time. Being able to schedule out my content weeks and months in advance is very helpful. Hubspot also helps us track our social media data which is helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Transitioning to Hubspot has been easy for us. We've been able to utilize the social posting/scheduling, we've updated our website, and track our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that we will be able to see analytics on files that we upload and link to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to get more hits on our website, get more traction on campaigns, and provide more insights to our management team.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good user experience! Both the E-mail Marketing and Landing Page builder tools are excellent and efficient. The dashboard is also great, all the integrations work perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one thing i miss which is the Media Query tool for e-mails. Sometimes i wanted to use different banners for mobile and desktop, or sometimes i wish to hide elements in mobile or desktop. It would also be nice to break the mobile grid in pairs (two pictures in one line). Sometimes i also have issues with the Theme Settings on the landing pages, especially for the Page Header and Footer. There's a few issues about the margins and the grid glitches a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're finally building user bases for our CRM. We're also building a restaurant suggestion that integrates with an algorithm and it's working great. The landing pages are being used for lead capturing and other useful things like NPS and CSAT.

The design of emails is very easy with Hubspot as well as planning social media.

Nothing so far, everything is good for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Almost everything i.e all features have been carefully thought through keeping a marketing person and their pain points in mind. I have seen a great improvement in the overall campaign performance because of the analytical tools provided by Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for more indepth tutorials that will enable me to use the platform even better. Also, successful case studies should be shared so that learning from peers across the globe can happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now use and analyse the performance of my social media pages on one platform. So not just posting but choosing the right content for the platform has become easier.

Lead management and nurturing have benefitted from the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One will definitely find the journey very rewarding. You will be able to enhance your performance becuase it will be completely backed by data instead of just hunches.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to:
- see traffic analysis,
- send emails with some template who help the process,
- work on articles, leaving them as WIP,
- share works and results with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a costly software. The main or perhaps only problem we see in this tool is the price that really isn't cheap and always makes it hard for the department to justify it to the higher management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can work on the same article together with some colleagues, as a team, we can send emails to clients, prospects and leads and see when and if the recipients read them.

A great email marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop editor is really easy to use. Targeting is even easier thanks to the integration with the contact based CRM. I also find useful the chance to schedule the sending time based on where my contacts are located.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop editing is not that immediate. Sometimes - when you edit the text - the changes are not read by Hubspot and you have to refresh the page in order to update that text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool to send a huge quantity of email. The processing times are short and we have great reports about the performances. My team is very satisfied of this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it gives users an option to use multi-authenticator for security, It is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is working under Design Tools because I am not good at Technical otherwise, HubSpot Marketing Hub is a strong tool to use for Marking and managing accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the manual process of doing a lot of work, for instance sending out the newsletter.
Can automate the reports.
Easy to integrate the API's.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend they start using HubSpot Marketing Hub because it easy CMS to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has provided me with a one-stop shop for the creation, planning, management and execution of marketing tasks. The reporting dashboard and metrics provide powerful insights that are beneficial to the business as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is like a double-edged sword with the degree of flexibility and customisation available. On one hand, the software can be 100% tailored to your processes, goals and needs which is fantastic. However, when onboarding the system there is quite a lot to learn and I find I am finding new functionality every day. I have the sense I will never be fully utilising the software that is available to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have insights into all marketing activities and the connection they share has been a great benefit. Coupled with the CRM we now receive powerful insights into the behaviour, likes, dislikes, etc of both our current & potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a knowledgeable member of your team to help with onboarding. in addition, it is worth investing in an external agency to support with onboarding
