Sometimes formatting can be tricky, but all elements needed are available and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to clone emails so that you keep the same design and just adjust the material. Easy to pre-schedule social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting can be complicated and picky for creating emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the ability to clone social posts, like taking a twitter post and copying it for LinkedIn to post on the same day at the same time.

Automation for all platforms.Social media to emailers. Also landing page metrics. Worth every buck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows could be explained better. Some free themes for landing pages have forms which can't be tailor-made. Had to contact support several times to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Landing page metrics are perfect to analyse what is happening. Scheduling of emailers and uploading contact lists without any worries. Ease of use in understanding the platform.

The easiness of creating multiple landing pages or additional secondary pages. Complex form functionality that covers most scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple settings can be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick simple websites or campaign are now ready to lauch in a few hours or days. More information collected from our users using a more detailed form than usual.

Ask a lot of questions to support and read the documentation before you start.
Good platform, but with obvious limitations
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very easy to understand and work with, without the need form programmer knowledge. We can do practically all our reporting in HS dashboards, without needing external tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are limited, or hidden behind complex programming. Adding custom fonts, for instance, is a drag that I don't believe should be necessary. Also, reporting doesn't always add up (for instance, when we report new leads on a weekly basis, and in another dashboard display lead sources, the number will never add up to the same amount of weekly leads, even with the exact same date settings). We've ran into these problems with reporting, and -easy- customizability numerous times while using Hubspot. Nothing game-breaking, but can be very annoying at times.
Support also seems to sometimes just be guessing for solutions or explanations to problems, which are obviously not what's the issue, which can be bothersome.

Our entire website is built within Hubspot. On top of that, all our mailing is done through HS too, as well as reporting on visitors, leads, and the entire sales funnel that follows.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is the most comprehensive integrated marketing tool on the market. I use it every day!
Using HubSpot has been a great way to centralize majority of our digital efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics tool the best so that I can see what is working and what if not. Including being able to download the reports and share with my senior team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media streams are a little clunky. We have over 40 accounts and it is difficult to sift through all of the comments and unhide, reply or address as necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails have bemoce a lot easier for us and we are able to connect to another system, vitals to automatically import the lists of our individual residence contacts.

Solid tool for easy to use landing page building
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use with drag and drop modules have been a big help to the team in creating pages quickly and without the need for developmental resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pages can be a bit slower to load based on some of our data captured thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Hubspot to solve the challenge of creating landing pages for many new advertising campaigns. We wanted to deliver specialized content that encouraged user engagement while differing a bit from our primary website.

Good for smaller teams that wear many hats due to the tools ease of use.
Best Marketing Platform I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is far and away better than any other platform I've used. Yes, even SFMC, which I've found clunky and hard to work with. Also, HubSpot's customer support is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major, but I would like to see some performance and interface improvements. I will say that they are very receptive if you share your thoughts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage all of our social media, email automation, and landing pages with ease. We actually use landing pages for a lot of really outside-of-the-box uses. It has provided solutions that really save us time and energy.
Excellent way of scaling my marketing plans

The best part which I liked was the way i could track ROI with the revenue attribution reporting.

Frankly, nothing to dislike about this software

With the kind of automations in this software, I am able to reach and target the right audience. Hubspot is also helping me covert a lot visitors into customers which was difficult earlier.

Totally worth it. You can scale your business to new heights.
