What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot to organize specific pages for our clients to have access readily to materials they need to be successful on our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything in mind. Very happy with the product.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very simple to understand/use. For beginners as well, there are trainings available in Hubspot academy which can help them understand the basics as well as advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. The Hubspot support team is very helpful in solving any issues the users may face. For exploring the advanced features as well, the supprt team helps organize trainings in case the team is bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation and targeting for starters are very helpful in enabling nurturing customers. We have been more productive and our response from customers has significantly improved.

HubSpot marketing solves our pre-enrollment marketing campaigns by allowing us to create different landing pages, lists and workflows for different stages of the plan.

If you're looking for a platform to host all of your marketing tools, HubSpot is the platform for you!

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is Hubspot's ability to work well with other digital solutions to pull important information and house it under one CRM. It has become a great "home base" for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several key analytics are only available at the enterprise level; while we don't need the majority of the features at the Enterprise Level it would be good have it as modular options or add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've utilized Hubspot for our website migration which has provided great insight in to our customer behavior and trends. Marketing hub has been especially helpful with SEO tools and landing pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize Hubspot's database fully, they have a complete resource available for most functions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to view detailed reporting on any of my campaigns and compare them against each other to optimize success. This allows the company to run at maximum efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my dislikes, that I have noticed particularly in email, is that when you hover and select within a content block, the email tool will only click into the content block rather than keep the content you selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, the marketing hub is allowing us to do more segmentation and customization that would have previously required SQL or some sort of manual data pull from our tech team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot takes a massive load off of manual marketing efforts through their automation tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and analytics make this tool very powerful. We've used many softwares that serve as part of what Marketing hub provides. This all-in-one solution allows us to control a marketing campaign that has many moving parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced bounced emails finding their way back into the marketing hub. Those can really hurt your deliverability rates. In addition, the email templates for marketing are very limited. I wish there was a more comprehensive connection with Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enhancing the analytics attached to social media campaigns, email campaigns, and the marketing site. These allow us to make more informed decisions about AB Tests for emails, posts, and website edits.

I like the Hubspot Landing Pages tool the best. It is so easy to use.

I am sharing the success of our customers through case studies via landing pages and files. It has been seamless to do all that is needed within Hubspot to share customer stories.
