Hubspot Marketing Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one place. CRM, contacts, lists, forms, marketing emails, etc. so that I don't have to sync across multiple platforms. For this, it surpassed all competitors that I looked into.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email templates are a bit outdated and clunky. It lacks a feature of creating multiple subscription type groups - like a type for insiders/employees and another group for outsiders/customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of customized forms for gathering user information and creating customized lists for our business. Also, using landing pages has been a big help to gathering customer information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really great to have all your customer information in one place. The HubSpot support team are excellent at helping troubleshoot any issues you run into.
HubSpot makes my job easier, as far sending emails, posting blogs and social media posts.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and use templates that support our branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
That videos don't play in the email, it would be helpful even if we could like a YouTube video that is unlisted but would play in the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send emails to targeted customers based on what they have selected in the form.
Powerful Tool that Keeps Improving
What do you like best about the product?
The ability the visualize our metrics from all of our digital touchpoints has proven to be very helpful. The dashboards are easy to set up and share and the templates (free and paid) in the Resource Library are great tools to get started with a new piece of content or goal-based landing page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the system is always evolving in an effort to improve, there can be some setbacks for veterans and power users as functional elements move to new places in the navigation or functionality is changed. For example, we've saw some issues that arose from the systematic switch to 'Topics' from 'tags' in the blog. Luckily their support staff is usually very helpful and we were able to get the issue addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to get better at segmentation. We realized that our data needed some improvements -- things like using Progressive fields and workflows to add property values have really streamlined a process that, historically, would have been very manual. We've been able to use the Hubspot itself to improve the what we can do within Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule and duplicate social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot schedule the same post multiple times in the same day.

The ability to schedule multiple things at once and use a template.

Great Product for Many Users
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has the ability to be your CRM: Store your emails, contacts, send mass marketing, scheduling your Social Media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intergration with other things, such as QBench and QuickBooks need work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Social Media scheduling has been a life saver for me. I can continue to make my posts even when on vacation.
Extremely User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is very user-friendly and if I ever get stuck, it is always easy to find answers to my questions!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been frustrating is the layout and certain small features keep changing so it is like I am learning things all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in the middle of switching CRM's, but HubSpot has made it easy for us to learn and utilize so we don't miss a beat with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all my social media content and email campaigns can all be managed and monitored through the hubspot platform. It is also helpful to store files, manage contacts and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are a bit trickier to learn to use. I feel like I am not using the platform to its full potential yet as I am still learning how to create and track marketing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time for social media scheduling by being able to post in one platform and have it distributed to multiple channels and once. All of the analytics are also built right into the platform so it is easy to pull reports to see how campaigns are doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some of the HubSpot courses so you can be sure to fully leverage all of the features in the platform from the get-go.

All Marketing contacts are easily accessible in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Social posting tool does not allow carousels on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily organize email lists, marketing leads, and automate various processes.
User friendly and organized
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot marketing hub is easy to use and has all the capabilities needed for our medium size business. We use it for B2B and it's excellent for capturing data and producing analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The client lists sometimes take a long time to load, it would be good to see the filters and lists in more of a real time rather than waiting for them to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to produce more automated marketing campaigns based on user activities, which will be possible with HubSpot. We are able to create consistent and functional marketing materials and sync it with our brand website.

Their support team is FANTASTIC. Every time I needed help, it was resolved very quickly.
