Easy to use and convenient for "on-the-fly" emails
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have all of your important information in one place. The email tools make it very easy to reach our current and prospective customers. The drag and drop tools are super convenient and save me a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes some formatting and sizing issues on emails (mostly with images) that could be a little better. But overall it's not distracting and doesn't take too much away from the ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach all of our current clients very quickly. Before we started using HubSpot Marketing Hub, it was a hassle to reach each and every one of them if there was an issue. Now, we can communicate a lot better and keep everyone happy.
Always a great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use interface. Easy to navigate and add all the elements I need to segment, create lists, and keep basically all of our marketing materials together. I really like the workflow tool. It's very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more email functionality, some that I've seen on e-comm email tools that would work great for our B2B segments. Content show different depending on mobile or desktop, changing which direction the side by side content shows on mobile, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to engage with our B2B segments without needing a developer & designer for everything. Love that we can build landing pages that are drag & drop, just like our emails.
Great for scheduling posts across platforms!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule the same post across my social media sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
A post will fail every once in a while but I don't know it failed unless I check hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving so much time & have a more cohesive feel to my grid because I can schedule ahead of time and rarely miss a day.
HubSpot is Effective!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot offers opportunities to track leads and users effectively throughout the website using forms, and lead scoring. I enjoy how the software integrates with other software, including Vidyard to track video leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more opportunities to enhance our resource center. We would like the option to add subcategories to our slugs for our blogs and to integrate them directly. This would help with the structure of our resource center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized there are opportunities to track leads using lead scoring. We've been able to use scoring to effectively qualify individuals on our website and have the sales reach out at more appropriate times in the sales cycle.
Hubspot is a very powerful tool with many common functions extremely intuitive and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up things like scheduled Tweets, which I have to do often in my role. Clearly you've taken the effort to streamline these common tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some analytics options are a bit unintuitive. Looking at the traffic for Twitter, for example, is inconsistent with Twitter's own analytics, which can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to produce a lot of promotional social media posts. Hubspot saves us a lot of time and energy. The workflow for queueing up many social media posts is intuitive and fast.
HubSpot is great once you learn how to use it properly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the marketing email insights and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
How specific some of the workflows can be - I tend to make a lot of mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forms are great, but I am having trouble with my Eyemagine and Magento connections.

I like how intuitive the software is and how much it helps streamline my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some more recent updates within platforms like IG and their video upgrade are not reflected in the hubspot software when it comes to scheduling content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of doing unnecessary work running to each platform to schedule and analyze content, hubspot has helped me do it all in one spot.

All-in-one solution that makes my work a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one solution. Super easy to use! As a startup marketer, I have to wear many hats. The best thing about Hubspot Marketing Hub (and all their products really), is that is wears just as many hats as I do. It helps me across all my different tasks and makes attribution a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, nothing. At every single start up that I've worked at in the last 6 years, I've brought hubspot along with me, and as I grow, it grows with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of being a solo marketer by using Hubspot to extend and basically replicate myself via smart automation. We've been able to attribute all our leads and conversins across sales and marketing and tie in ops too to help with analytics. It's awesome

Hubspot is easy to use, has all of the features of a CRM, CMS, email automation, and more
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get integrations to work as desired, and the Account-Based Marketing features and limited, but growing.
