Easy to use from a new grad
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to pick up with no CRM experience and was able to quickly get my hands dirty, just being a new grad and an intern at my company. Extremely easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, i'd like the social media feature to be a little more advanced in tagging people on linkedin images and in the copy of the post. And the reports could be a bit more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails, social, forms and website all in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can use Hubspot for every facet of our business. The sales team uses it to track deals, clients and companies while the marketing team uses it to update our website, blog and send out marketing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some of the features that are suggested and seem very useful require extra payment. It's frustrating to be shown a feature, go to use it only to find out it's an add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had to update our sales and deals in one place and control our marketing efforts elsewhere. This made it nearly impossible to track which of our clients were interacting with and enjoying our marketing materials. Now that we use Hubspot it's all in one place.
Easy and no friction
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and saved me too much time on my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For sure the price! A little bit expensive.

Create landing pages and all inbound flow that I needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of workflows and marketing emails. It makes it so easy to send timely and targeted marketing emails to our prospects and customers - I love it!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has some really amazing standard reports and I would really love to be able to customize and filter THEM, not just create custom reports from scratch (I find that a bit difficult and I don't seem to be able to create equivalents of the standard reports). So better, more customizable reports, please! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the only marketer at our company, so I have to do everything myself. But with Hubspot, I can do the work of something like 15 marketers - it's THAT effective and efficient!

Go for it! It's sooooo good!

The workflow creation, the static and active list creation, all the automation possibilities. The interaction with our CRM Slaesforce. The support is also really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
More possibilities in report / dashboard would be great

The ease of use, navigation, the ability of the tool encompasses every scenrio required to manage and communicate with customers effectively.

Great tool for marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very intuitive to use and specifically the email and workflow tab. In just a couple of weeks, I created my campaigns and made pushed them live. I also like that it's super easy to track analytics and share with your teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything too specific that I don't like but I wish there were more filtering capabilities for the email tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily using this tool as the automation tool for my nurture campaigns. With HubSpot, I can track my open rates, CTRs, and other essential metrics to gather data and collect leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great tool if you've never used any marketing automation tool before. WIth the training that HubSpot provide you can teach yourself how to use it and make your campaigns live in a matter of days or weeks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to attach documents to emails without attaching them as links is quite bizarre as sometimes you just need a legal document to be sent to a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with being able to monitor and track all of our customer interactions with us digitally. Hubspot made us realize what our customers actually want to read.

HubSpot is a simple yet powerful CRM combined with a host of other important capabilities - marketing automation, success and support, sales ops, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases HubSpot isn't as flexible as other systems or as powerful. It's a trade-off for its simplicity and ease of use.

Marketing automation - emails, workflows, etc. Core CRM functions. Reporting.
Best Marketing CRM Software in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it automates things better with lots of different tools that can be integrated seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the pricing is something that needs to be reduced by introducing new plans so that it can be used by more small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved my problem of automation as I can seamlessly connect Google sheets to my convertkit software to send emails to my leads.
