Perfect tool to automate my work and best for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hubspot for 8 months. One of the best tools I have ever used! LIfe was so easy after discovering the tool, No so much technical configurations, And if you get stuck on something, Hubspot's Customer Support is always there on standby to help you out!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't anything which I dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to make our marketing campaigns more effective without much hard work.
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is intuitive + results-driven
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's holistic view into marketing activities sets the tool apart. From social media scheduling & posting, to contact management and email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any significant downsides. Very minor, but the email editor will occasionally glitch when trying to bold text, and the workaround is to simply exit, re-open the email, and bold the desired text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used another email marketing platform (prior to HubSpot) that was more rigid and did not offer such sophisticated automation capabilities. I've been impressed by HubSpot's ability to automate workflows such as confirmation emails or assigning properties to contacts. In addition, the internal notification workflows are helpful to us as a team, so we can track inbound queries and share them with appropriate points of contact.
Very good marketing automation system
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows for automation are very intuitive to use. User and role management has a super fine granularity which makes it easy to assign people to their roles. HubSpot support is very swift.
What do you dislike about the product?
Optin procedures (for German requirements) are not ideally implemented and we have to use some custom-built workarounds. We would also like to see the possibility of using more than one company currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to segment contacts according to their lifecycles, interests and internal criteria. Very good tracking capabilities and integration with various ad networks.
B2B marketer review
What do you like best about the product?
friendly usability, easy to navigate, customer support, FB integration, sales and marketing in one platform
I use mails, workflows, landing pages, ads module for facebook campaigns.
I am involved in marketing projects aimed at:
- acquiring new leads - leading leads to the first purchase
- increasing sales
In addition, I also work at the meeting point of marketing and sales, for example, automating the actions of sellers in order to increase the conversion from the lead to the next step of the funnel

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such option in the workflow options that could be used to define the end date of the campaign.
For example, I set up a workflow with a trigger to fill in the form, the first step is an email with a discount code. The code has a limited validity period.
If 3 days before the code expires
I want to send a reminder informing that the code is about to expire in 3 days
Then I have to send such an e-mail manually (without adding this activity in the workflow).
If you could set the code expiration date in the workflow itself and specify the next step in the workflow as "send email 3 days before the code expiration date", it would be great.

Great platform for many facets of digital marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Creating emails and sending them through one platform as well as being able to schedule social posts across channels and across brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform design is a little outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses it for a variety of digital marketing efforts, benefits primarily include having one platform that handles many of our operations
Marketing automation workflows, email marketing, landing pages, lead capture - all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Hub for all things marketing - whether it is email marketing, landing pages, forms, files, automation workflows, analytics, etc - you have all these in Hubspot and a lot more. There are ready templates to use, but also the full set of customization options if you need them. The features work great and Hubspot support is helpful and speedy to get in contact with. In general, this is a great marketing platform if you ca afford it! It's super that the CRM is free up to some limit, definitely very useful for starting up businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost :) Everything else works great! Also the customization of the landing pages do require a bit of learning, could be done more user-friendly perhaps or at least provide some video or other tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to run a lot of marketing activities with minimum marketing resources. The ability to give access to specific features to designers, agencies, etc. The ability to collaborate with team mates.
Powerful marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a one-stop-shop solution for all marketing needs combining email, automation, CRM, sales, social and more. There's a steep learning curve and set-up needed to be fully maximising the power of this beast, but at the same, the system is very intuitive and easy to use. The one-to-one support team are also amazing and very quick to respond when I have questions or issues going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
We felt that there could be more support from HubSpot in terms of helping us fully set up the systems. We used an external agency recommended by HubSpot, but there's still lots of work to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of main marketing tools, one place to organise tasks from, speed to deliver campaigns was cut shorter due to the platform being so focused on delivering the tools needed for each task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform and can definitely recommend it. Now be aware that the setup is complex and the learning curve too.
The Best Marketing Stack in the market!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need under a single roof. Right from Landing pages, Emails, Ads, etc., It's also very easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific except in Landing pages, there could be a little more flexibility around creating sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since all marketing tech stack is available in a single platform, it reduces dependencies on different tools for different requirements.
A very well designed Marketing and CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Hubspot features is its automation system, both for Sales and Marketing: it's very intuitive and complete, yet its complexity allows you to do a huge variety of actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I feel are incomplete in Hubspot. On the CRM Hub, the task management isn't well built for complete automation and as a Sales Ops, I sometimes have issues following my Sales' actions properly. But I think it properly relates to the fact our business is a B2C and that we have a huge database and lots of leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot Marketing Hub for Email Automation, Lead acquisition (through forms and landing page), data management, reporting and analysis of our customers,... There are a lot of use you can make out of the product.
A great CRM to manage the entire funnel, marketing through sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that the marketing and sales function are integrated and seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing such as multiple contacts per lead and advanced MQL definition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a clear view of the entire pipeline from MQL to closed sales deals and retainer
