I have used all the popular marketing automation tools, Hubspot continues to be my favorite.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, consistency of UX and the ability to unify all basic marketing operations. Helps get more done despite smaller teams. It's comparatively more intuitive than Marketo, Pardot and Eloqua.
What do you dislike about the product?
The developer tool needs a lot of work, our website is an SEO magnet but visually we are very limited. I would appreciate more flexibility and intuitiveness in terms of contact and company management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, content management, inside sales, and social media management. Being a small team having the ability to manage all this stuff in one place is very important to us. Over the years Hubspot has gotten better at providing more control over our activities from within the marketing hub without moving over to independent platforms.
The most powerfull tool for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like this HubSpot tool because I have found it very complete for everything you need to do with respect to marketing, the ability to integrate it with google analytics and even create your campaigns right there makes it an excellent tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything I dislike about this tool, as it has so far performed very well for my requirements and I have no doubt that it will continue to do so without displeasing me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to switch tools to be able to run my advertising campaigns or track my marketing strategies, I don't even have to use an additional tool for email marketing, which has helped me to be more productive in what I do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an all-in-one solution for digital marketing, this is your tool of choice, just keep in mind that all the power it has comes with a high cost.
HubSpot is Your New Marketing Team Hire
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot automation through workflows and easy-to-use lead generation tools has saved our team massive amounts of time on tedious tasks like inputting leads into salesforce, manually remembering to send follow-up emails, reporting and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we need to choose between Contacts or Leads linking between Salesforce and Hubspot for automated CRM updates. I want the communication between the softwares to work in both areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've replaced a lot of time consuming responsibilities with HubSpot automation/workflows. Additionally we've found ways to better consistently nurture leads and stay in touch with contacts.

User friendly, support, functionalities such as workflows, data segmentation, forms, tracking and reporting

Designing landing pages, website and blog

Automation of internal processes, improve time on a day to day business, automate routinary tasks. Being more productive and increasing business performance.
One Stop Marketing Do it All!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features from email and newsletter creation, to social media posting; which are so0o0o0o easy to use. Other platforms have some features but HubSpot HAS it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel creating truly custom email templates could be more streamlined like a WordPress bakery builder type design. If you need to create a true custom email you need to know how to code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and Social Media for many clients. Having a one-stop shop for all parties makes it easy to switch back and forth with minimal effort. This has saved a lot of time.

The platform offers a great holistic view and allows easy navigation to different areas of the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small features which could do with updating (such as immediate re-sends to those that haven't opened an email)

I'm saving time by being able to access so many useful tools in one space.
Great Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Has a fast and simple learning curve and doing the things you need to comes easily, it is very intuitive (especially when compared to similar tools).
What do you dislike about the product?
.I would like to have more easy API integrations, export of some reports in other formats (that are better for analysis outside of HubSpot) and more bulk actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to understand what work or not in terms of marketing campaigns and efforts, all in one place (easy to see the big picture and connect the dots).
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and speed it gives me as a marketer. I've also found the support and customer success solutions to be excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a huge platform, and it can be a little tough to navigate when you're doing things for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest realized benefit as of now is creating landing pages with ease and speed (connected to the rest of HubSpot), which has given a productivity boost.
Best Customer Support via Chat in Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has the best customer support via chat, making it a very easy-to-use tool. You can learn quickly with the KB access and if you don't find it right away, there is always someone on the chat line ready to help (this requires a pro-level subscription, however).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more designed templates that did not require special coding for customization. I find myself needing to source designers that know HubSpot and that know code to get branded templates in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing for inbound campaigns is seamless and trackable with HubSpot. Creating quick forms, landing pages and lists can be done in no time and don't require high levels of subscription access so it's a functional tool for clients at all levels.
Great integration and Partnership
What do you like best about the product?
What is more helpful is the way Hubspot integrate with the ads accounts. You can create diferent audiences very accurate to impact your target segment. Marketing Hub is the best way to grow your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think i dislike, its the price of creating more than 15 diferent audiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can show the correct ad to the correct people. I work in a SaaS companie, so its important to reach our clients. Importing audiences its a very good way.
