Does everything a marketer needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect HubSpot to our social media accounts and mass schedule posts has been a life saver. Their workflows and marketing email functions are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a bit of time to fully learn how to maximise your use of the product as it is so detailed. However, they do provide an internal learning platform which helps with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing incoming prospects and producing regular content for both outbound marketing and social media is much easier with HubSpot and has enabled us to convert prospects at a much higher rate than before.
HubSpot is an excellent all-in-one platform for Marketers and Sales professionals!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps our teams collaborate seamlessly with an easy-to-use UX. An integrated solution that helps keep track of all relevant metrics and performance across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Third-Party Integrations could be expanded to include more apps that are relevant to the demographic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote organization and HubSpot has helped us create seamless campaign management and automation, that is fully visible to the entire team. No need to be concerned about miscommunication or skewed data between teams any longer!
Best combination of features, ease of use and flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward and intuitive when it comes to the set-up, both in terms of the interface and the underlying structure. Much more manageable than other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic elements are missing, for example, conditional fields. There always is a workaround, but some actions and automations would be simpler if those features were available

Centralise marketing activities and reporting in one system, allowing us to reduce spending on other tools. Campaign analysis allows us to make informed decisions and improve ROI

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub makes it really easy to follow a full customer journey from start to finish. We are able to create marketing emails, forms, workflows, and track ads all within the platform. It is really valuable to have all of our marketing tools in one place and be able to see a full campaign come to life within one platform rather than gathering information from many different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest struggle I have with HubSpot Marketing Hub is some of the rigidity within the platform. For example, on our website, we wanted to create a pop-up on our checkout page without forcing the customer to submit a form fill. Unfortunately, this is not an option. The platform has great bone and makes marketing much simpler. I just wish sometimes there was a little more freedom with what you can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to work out of many different platforms to collect data on our customers' journeys. We had a platform for email, all of our social was on a different platform, and then we used Google Analytics to track purchases made on the site. Now, with the Marketing Hub, we are able to do all of this in one place. We can get the full picture of where a customer has been on their purchase journey. It allows us to be more nimble with our campaigns.
Easy to use, makes running campaigns painless
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything you need for marketing is in one place, being able to send emails, create landing pages and post onto socials in all one platform makes all marketing activities so much easier. HubSpot also has a tonne of great resources online - just a quick search if I'm struggling with something and you typically find the answer you're looking for straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
From using HubSpot Marketing Hub for the past 6 months, there hasn't been anything so far that I dislike or would like changes made to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can schedule any social media posts for any time of the day - this is useful for me being able to post when I'm not even in the office or for any posts outside of working hours. This also makes me more productive within working hours as I can schedule the whole week's posts at once leaving me more time to get on with other projects.
It's all about the convenience
What do you like best about the product?
The ui/ux makes it a joy to use and get everything at a glance. If you have a lot of non-technical employees, they will love working in it. I could probably recreate the same functionality by combining other low-code tools, but employees would hate using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One-to-one email not accessible by API, which makes it impossible to integrate if you have external system tracking performance/activities. Neither are opens and clicks for marketing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy overview of contacts and ad-spend for non-techie people on staff. Easy way for employees to have a glance at what is happening with leads (contacts) with widespread and easy adoption.

Automations for emails, based on dynamic fields

The marketing contact limits could be frustrating as they are easily consumed

We have used it mostly for sending automated emails

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature in the Marketing Hub is the workflow tool which enables me and my company to integrate easy and complex automation within our sales/marketing processes. From auto-assigning leads to specific Account Executives (based on prospect's industry and location), to offering great custom sequences and great data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find something negative about HubSpot Marketing Hub, but occasionally, having more custom options or triggers may help. HubSpot has been great at developing the platform over the years and also reaching out to HubSpot users to gather their feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems we are solving with HubSpot Marketing Hub are streamlining our sales cycle, automating an infinite number of tasks which would otherwise be done manually, and having a greater understanding of the data linked to our marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the platform out, as it's been a great tool for myself and the company I work for!

The way everything is organised and connects up is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has let me down so far. I did like the certification training but it could be a bit more engaging as it feels very scripted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to do everything we want in terms of email marketing and automation. The benefit is that everyone in the marketing team can collaborate easily.
