What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how seamlessly everything is connected, from email campaigns and landing pages to lead tracking and analytics. It is very intuitive, which makes it easy to build and launch campaigns quickly without having to switch between multiple tools. The real-time insights are also very helpful for seeing what works and making quick adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because it has so many features, and it takes some time to learn where everything is. Some of the more advanced tools are also locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can be limiting for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped centralize our marketing efforts by bringing emails, lead tracking, and analytics into one place. It has reduced the time we spend switching between different tools and made it easier to track how campaigns are performing. This has improved our team’s collaboration and allowed us to make quicker, data-driven decisions.

It's convenient to have marketing programs and sales in the same system.

The system is rigid and requires you to fit your marketing/sales funnel to the way HubSpot is set up

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything works together in one place. The tools make it easy to create campaigns, track results, and understand what’s working. I also love how user friendly it is, which means I can focus less on managing tech and more on building real connections with the audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many options and dashboards that it takes time to learn which ones matter most. Once you get past the learning curve it becomes really powerful, but I think simplifying some of the reporting views would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of managing scattered tools by bringing everything into one platform. Instead of juggling separate systems for email, social, and analytics, I can see the full picture in one place. That saves time, helps align efforts across teams, and makes it easier to understand what’s working so we can focus on real growth.

The interface is simple even begginer can use easily.
Easy o integrate anyone can easily integrate
All in one solution for email marketing, CRM integration and automation
Reporting dashboard is great and very customizable
Product is scalable and can use from small scale to large scale industry

Slightly expensive for small agencies or businesses
Certain templates and dashboards have restrictions
Large databases sometimes slow down performance
Initial configuration is slightly confusing.

Marketing Hub helps us to bring all marketing activities at one place. Automation tool saves lot of time and ensures consistant follow ups with prospects. With CRM integration, lead tracking became much easier so funnel building and development became much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily create social posts on several platforms at once. The dashboard offers image insertion, links, tagging, and emoticons for dynamic posts. The scheduling feature simplifies setting up a week's worth of posts ahead of time. I also like the campaign labeling for clear reports later. The customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up windows, like the YouTube one and the 'tour' window are annoying. Sometimes I have to go into the LinkedIn posts on the other side, and tag people, as the tagging sometimes does not work right from HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company chose HubSpot to achieve better transparency on leads and customers. To keep track of emails, events, and reactions from our customers. Also our SEO number was pretty low when we started with HubSpot, and now it is very high. We are reaching a lot more leads as well as keep better track of our clients and their projects.

The best thing I liked about Hubspot is its automation campaigns which runs smoothly through emails and helps to attract new customers.

The disliking for this tool is only that new users takes a bit longer time to get used-to its automation.

Now, don’t get me wrong—HubSpot’s reporting tools are solid for most use cases. But when you’re trying to create super granular, multi-object reports or need highly customized dashboards, you can hit some walls.
