What do you like best about the product?
the good correlation between Leads and marketing activities is interesting and helps to evaluate the activities
What do you dislike about the product?
lack a tool to connect to google ads, so the smart optimization of campaign cannot happen on GA.

Some social media elements ie posting more than 1 photo.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to bulk schedule social media posts is amazing and the email creation is easy and flexible so you end up with amazing emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more social features such as social listening and more in depth analytics

It saves so much time as everything is organised in one place for the whole team.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to use while also offering high functionality across all our essential areas of Marketing, including everything from CRM management through to email campaigns and social media. No other Marketing platform I have used before offers this quality and breadth of features across all marketing channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there are frequently bugs, particularly for the social media management module which can impede our posts going out as intended and the SEO module does not seem to function effectively in terms of things like updating our sitemap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub's Workflows tool is helping us nurture cold leads and target specific audience types for our campaigns - we can also easily track individual customer journeys thanks to Hubspot for account-based marketing campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Really a brilliant all-round Marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
Academy is fantastic. Love the social media calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
linking accounts like ad accounts, and having to verify social media accounts quite regularly. There's a glitch that means you can only reconnect on a certain day which can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I havent delved into the analytics just yet with any great fury, but when i do i'm expecting to see a lot of great numbers and insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
go through as many academy videos as possible. REach out for help and guidance. Hubspot is big, but take it one bite at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
If it fits your needs, it is ready to be used in minutes. Very good options for tracking web site visitors (if you port your web site to hubspot CMS as well) and for selectively send marketing emails. Tech Support is very good with the possibility of reaching the helpdesk via chat
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with non-standard systems can be a little difficult... it cannot be fully customized like salesforce and the APIs are a little incoherent (but are constantly improving on that). The link with the service hub was promising, but comes at an extra cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really love having a single tool for web marketing, email marketing and keeping track of contacts. No more exporting xls from crm and uploading them on the DEM tool

Hubspot has allowed me to schedule social posts and save time each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clone feature needs to be easier across different channels

Scheduled posts across social channels, the same post can be used on different days easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the social media planning feature, it is so intuitive and means that you are capable of being a contact owner of several different official company pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the system is so smart, HubSpot out-smarts me. I have to catch up and read a lot about HubSpot processes, but it isn't necessarily a bad thing as it means that you know more and more each time you need to read up about a process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can nurture contacts and set up really personalised lists and workflows to get the best out of targeted marketing. There can be a lot of contacts to manage and HubSpot means that you get to do this in a lot of detail.
