Hubspot Online Business Boost
What do you like best about the product?
The complex solution of all marketing and sales features and possibilities, easy to setup, implement and use in daily business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more complex pricing, divided into many detailed areas, no availability of some basic features at lower price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web tracking, marketing forms, workflows, all is working very well

Everything! It is really amazing the job you're doing with this platform, thank you for all the implementations and I'm waiting for the inbound calls feature :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is really amazing as I already said, even if I had an idea of customization it is possible to submit it and will be voted and implemented by you. This is really amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots not to be specific. Could be improved! As everything in life! Do not know what else to say so please ignore I'm just fulfilling the minimum number of characters :D

Broad selection of vital tools combined with incredible customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I have been an enterprise Hubspot admin for close to ten years. I think the true genius of Hubspot is in data capture and data handling - that the forms, landing pages, properties and workflow automations are so intuitive, easy-to-use and so easily scalable. In brief, the compliance tools, email, integrations, asset management and reporting tools are all similarly intuitive and support scale. The native ads integration has been very important - because all the tracking and attribution is automatic it saves a lot of effort and it makes reviewing and troubleshooting easy. I am constantly amazed at Hubspot's customer service, the great support and, given the vast toolset, how rapidly new tools have been developing (like feedback surveys, video analytics) and how the how platform continues to feel and act unified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is the wrong word. We would like to see more power in the social publishing with a few bells and whistles, and the ad tool has great potential if the reporting can become more configurable and flexible. The only real minus from the last few years is that the landing page template ecosystem and offerings from the marketplace are more challenging to self-customize than they used to be. While the drag and drop interfaces in the all the editors are intuitive, working in the design center requires a different level of training and experience than the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run all our multi-channel lead generation through Marketing Hub and we use Hubspot as our integration hub for data handling and process alignment with other functions. And yes, we deliver a lot of MQLs:)
I think is one of the best Marketing software that u can use.

I think is one of the best Marketing software that u can use. With advanced features (workflows / active lists/smart modules/reports etc...)

I like everything :) There is nothing that I dislike

If I locate a problem the Help support was always there to help me( quick support/problem solved)

3 Things are required for marketing 1. Contacts, 2. Content 3. source for marketing i.e Workflow (automation). We all have together at one place i.e Hubspot Marketing Hub.

1. Custom Object properties cannot be used in default Object-based workflows for this we need to create multiple properties to copy the values.
2. Forms need more customization filters for UI Styling and formatting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one solution to all the challenges is Automation that we get from HubSpot. Another big strength is data management earlier it was quite tuff to manage the data in excel and to follow up the same. But now it's really smooth to organize with the help of HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
As a creative manager at Vineforce, I have been using Hubspot to manage my campaigns, create landing pages and contact forms, and track my customers' growth. I love that Hubspot allows you to easily keep track of all your different marketing strategies in one place. It's especially great for keeping track of growth, so that you can see how many people are visiting your site and where they're coming from.
Hubspot also makes it really easy to use content marketing to build organic traffic—you can schedule social media posts, write blog posts, and publish them all inside Hubspot. This is great because it ensures that you're always putting out relevant content that your audience will want to read. You can also share that content on other platforms, like Twitter or LinkedIn, which means more people will see it!
Another thing I love about Hubspot is how well the customer service team works with our team here at Vineforce! They are always available when we need them, whether it's over email or phone call—I never feel like our account isn't being heard by them.

The pricing is quite expensive, and although they offer a free trial, I think it should be longer than 14 days. Without being able to use the product in its full capacity, it's hard to get a clear idea of how much you'll get out of it.
I also dislike that I can't create a marketing email and save it as a template to reuse without having to clone that email. When I send marketing material to different people at different times, this extra step slows down my process and makes things unnecessarily complicated. Sometimes I can't add people to workflows either, which makes the email portion of HubSpot even more difficult. And what if a client has accidentally removed themselves from emails? It's very hard to get them back where I can send an email through HubSpot.

We use Hubspot for our marketing team. We have the ability to send out emails, post on social media, and do list segmentation all from one portal. This helps us gather information about our customers and potential customers so that we can target them with the right message.
We are able to schedule posts to go out at certain times or on certain days, which has been helpful when it comes to scheduling content related to holidays or events. It also keeps us organized because we don't have to remember when something needs to be posted.

Worth a shot! HubSpot has completely transformed the way I approach my job as a content and marketing manager.
I love how easy it is to use—it's so intuitive! It's also great that they're always updating and improving their platform so it stays current.
What about the educational content they provide? Fantastic. It's not just a bunch of free blog posts either (although they have those too). They also have courses and certifications you can take to improve your skillset and really get ahead of the game in your career.

Highly customizable and user friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable hubspot is. We use workflows, and customer properties to use hubspot efficiently with a small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional bugs, especially when integrating external platforms and apps, but we can usually find a fairly easy workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When looking back at some of our stored data from before using hubspot we found a lot of input errors. We've been able to reduce human error through automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can take a bit of time to play around with the many hubspot options, ask for help on the community forum, and read some of the many explanations available on the hubspot website, hubspot is a great and highly customizable CRM that can help organize any business.

To be able to do landing page easily and my website. I have been able to add pages and also track them for our lead generation campaigns.

The migration of our website has been a little complicate but all got resolved
