Email workflows are easy to plan and design
What do you like best about the product?
- The email builder is easy to use.
- Automated emails are easy to design.
- Email workflows are easy to understand and use.
- Filters can be customized. They are simple to learn and easy to apply.
- Contact management is a great feature! The data collected on contact basis is very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes, finding and managing images and media is buggy while inserting them into workflows.
- The data collected in email workflows can get hard to find because they are in many places.
- When I duplicate an email with A/B test, the A/B test also gets duplicated. It doesn't let me duplicate without A/B test. I ended up redesigning the particular email flow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to design emails, implement A/B tests on a part of our contacts, designing and sending automated emails at prescheduled intervals and sending out engagement emails.

What do you like best about the product?
- The ease of use for a new user is why I recommend HubSpot to every business. You don't need an expert to navigate through the platform.
- Knowledge hub is very extensive. Super helpful as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is a bit on the high end especially when you try to subscribe separately for Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub. I feel it can be lowered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, sales operations, segmentation, lifecycle management are a few use cases that we are trying to solve. This has increated the team's productivity by several folds

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and UX of HubSpot as a platform is seamless. Extremely easy to use and understand for first-timers as well. It is a full-stack solution that covers everything that a marketing team at a leading B2B company should need.
My favorite is the attribution modeling and data capturing by HubSpot along with Workflow.
Customer support is also top-notch.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lead scoring module definitely needs work. It's not easy to work with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our primary marketing CRM and use landing pages, ads, lists, emails, and workflows, chatflows, campaigns and social engagement.

User friendly Platform with amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with this platform is something that every peer is trying to reach at in the market place. The knowledge base feature gives you access to every query you might have for which you wont even need to contact their help or support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometime unusual bugs that takes time to get resolved and also they still need to work hard on their marketing ads feature. Its not as robust as it should be at this level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation and having a workflow that caters to my ideal customer profiles. We also needed a sales pipeline user friendly crm that Hubspot helped us with.

A good fit for medium sized high growth companies.

A decent marketing platform which comes with a steep cost
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the product, most of the things can be easily found in the navigation and are pretty easy to use as well. The customer support is prompt and easily available and pretty decent(apart from few cases where the issue is a bit technical and the support team says they have raised the issue internally and will get back, for me I haven't heard back from them for almost all of my 15-20 such queries).
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of basic features are not available, the cost is very high if you compare it to other marketing platforms available with similar features. Once you adopt the system the cost will always be going up(each additional contact cost hence the cost will be going up).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see my user's entire journey on the activity timeline, the major benefit of it is that I can attribute the users journey to various marketing touchpoints.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If cost is a consideration while going for a marketing automation platform then there are other decent platforms available with similar or better features available at a fraction of cost to Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has everything you need to start your marketing journey, whether Inbound or ABM. It's excellent for nurturing contacts at every stage of the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited access during certification courses. If only full access is given during the certification course duration, it would be beneficial to understand its full potential. Also, the embed forms on non hubspot websites could be easily designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, having all our marketing assets in one place and tracking them gives us better insights. Aligning our marketing and sales team to better understand the customer lifecycle. Running campaigns and having one single dashboard really helps to analyze data quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the Hubspot CRM is the best option available. It makes my life easier in terms of segregating the user depending on their activity.

As such there is nothing to dislike in Hubspot.

I am solving the sales process for my organization with Hubspot, I have realized that in terms of data interpretation it is the best.
