Supporting the growth of a B2B SaaS solution
What do you like best about the product?
Managing our email communications with a direct view to activity at a contact level in Hubspot CRM. Tracking our Google Ad traffic and representing this clearly via the Hubspot Dashboards. Has really helped consolidate information for our team reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a small company only using a single automated response email sent to those who fill out forms. There is limited functionality for this subscription here for formatting the email other than plain text and links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater confidence and conversion by simplifying our inbound experience from landing at our website to first meetings. Use to date as also been seamless with the sales and CRM functions available in the Hubspot suite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Suggest using the CRM suite as a new business to manage database, sales and marketing growth.

What do you like best about the product?
The things I like about Hubspot are endless. The usability is brilliant, the support is incredible and the level of productivity Hubspot offers is second to none
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more project management features added to the Hubspot campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The level of automation that Hubspot offers allows us to offer value at every stage of the customer journey. We're able to extract data at every touch point and act on that.

We can't speak highly enough of Hubspot. It is an essential part of our business that offers not only invaluable support and content but a level of data analysis and automation, coupled with ease of use that we haven't experienced anywhere else.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow tool to create automations is incredibly easy to navigate. The tool does a great job of ensuring you don't make catastrophic mistakes or forget anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be overwhelming and not as intuitive to customize as one would expect. I've used Hubspot in the past and the reporting was actually easier to navigate years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us automate email campaigns to global customers, delivering emails in their local timezones. This has allowed us to strategically grow our marketing efforts.
Tower Control of your marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The centralization of all the KPIs of your ads from different platforms. Allows you to have a clear big picture of your marketing campaigns. Also, the easy way to build landing pages, forms, list and automatize flows are great perks to develop campaigns on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cant centralize payments from the different platforms where a run Ads. Sometimes is difficult to understand the meaning of different KPIs or labels in graphs. could be good to have a glossary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building up landing pages and optimize them on the go has never been easier, even without having to code. I have seen benefits on increasing my conversion rate with quick modifications in my landing pages.

Give it a try, might be difficult and the begining its a robust and powerfull tool.

The marketing reports auto generated by Hubspot is not really useful

I am trying to get more insights on how leads from different marketing channels are performing. I am able to optimize my campaigns better

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot is so dynamic and there are features available for every Sales or Marketing professional. I also like how customizable the platform is. You can build custom workflows for every business function.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about HubSpot. I would suggest a few adjustments to the filtering options, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company had a problem with tracking leads and maintaining process systems, but HubSpot's custom workflows helps to streamline all our internal processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When setting up workflows, make sure you take note of what each activity is linked to so that you don't overlap or cancel out what you have already built.
It's awesome to have a platform that encapsulates everything I've learned in my 10 years experience.

I love how everything is done right from the hub!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting isn't that intuitive. I'd also like to see the ability to tag personal accounts when posting via LinkedIn Social Schedular and a mass email find/replace when working in workflow automation :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. In my past life, I would send manual follow-up emails to prospects and based on their interactions with emails, manually pull lists and engage accordingly. Now discovering HubSpot workflows and automation, I feel I did that amount of work once and can quickly update/outreach prospects in no time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a tried and tested model for outbound marketing, level it up with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
This is a great tool for processing and handling leads.

We are being able to condense our leads and properly handle market outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule social, use bitly to shorten my links, send email campaigns and use the stock photos all in one place. I also love tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ads feature for social is difficult, you cant post stories and if your customers share an email address then they cant be put into the system since Hubspot only allows one email per customer. It's also hard to get automatic imports as you will need a developer. lastly, you cant post to Pinterest or youtube.
