Good software for automated marketing

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and automated marketing software. The thing I like about this is that it automatically runs marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its free version is great but the cost increases quickly as our contact list grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It is and easy to use software
2. It runs automatically i.e. the email campaigns runs automated
3. It helps to create forms and landing pages which helps to capture leads effectively
4. Tracks ROIs and and also provides dashboard to measure conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to plan, execute, and track campaigns all in one place. The automation workflows save a lot of time, and the dashboards give clear insights into lead generation and campaign performance. Its integration with CRM is seamless, which makes sales and marketing alignment smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is on the higher side, especially as contact lists grow, and some advanced features (like deeper reporting customization) feel limited compared to specialized tools. There’s also a learning curve for setting up complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us manage campaigns, automate lead nurturing, and align marketing with sales in one centralized platform. It solves the challenge of juggling multiple tools by bringing email marketing, landing pages, automation, and analytics together. The biggest benefit has been efficiency—we save time through automation, gain clearer visibility into campaign performance, and generate higher-quality leads that convert better. Its integration with CRM also ensures smoother collaboration between marketing and sales teams, ultimately improving pipeline growth and ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot cleverly incorporates the benefits of AI to design language and an attractive collective of effort to cater to your ideal client/avatar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced dislikes at this point in my journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is supporting our need to reach our "target" client/avatar through the automation features that incorporate AI. Client aquisition has great challeneges and HubSpot helps make the process much more managable!

What do you like best about the product?
Free plan is great to get started, but as the business grows, the paid subscriptions are definitely necessary, and they get expensive so quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive especially if you need multiple users, automations, and AI.

Managing contacts database and custom field data is great

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out the most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its ability to centralize all marketing activities in one place. The seamless integration with the CRM allows us to have a 360° view of our customers, making it easier to nurture leads, personalize communication, and align marketing with sales and the automation features are very powerful yet easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback of HubSpot Marketing Hub is its pricing structure. As the database of contacts grows, costs increase significantly, which can become a challenge for scaling. Additionally, while the platform is user-friendly, some advanced customization options in email design, reporting, and the CMS feel limited compared to specialized tools. Finally, because it works best within its own ecosystem, migrating out of HubSpot or integrating with more complex external systems can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes our marketing efforts in one place, making it easier to manage campaigns, nurture leads, and align with sales. This saves time, improves efficiency, and gives us better visibility into ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I liked about Hubspot is that we can attract visitors, convert leads to sales and nurture the customers at a single place only.

The thing that I and my team disliked about this software is that new users take time to set up automation and cop-up with all the features.

It helps in a following ways :

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most is that you can find all the tools and features you need in one place, from email campaigns to newsletters and social media posts, everything you need. It integrates very easily with a lot of other tools, like LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything specific, the only thing is that there are so many features that sometimes we are not aware of them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us understand our clients, all the analytics that hubspot is able to collect along all itsfeature are very helpful for planning and knowing our next steps in our marketing campaings

It's a fairly straightforward to learn platform with lots of avenues to create/share content and get reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's fairly costly and implementation/testing in its initial stages can be complicated depending on your needs.
