Convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The email platform is very convenient and makes it easy to send and track our marketing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page building is a bit clunky, it is not as user-friendly as other builders on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to easily track marketing campaigns, emails and manage contacts through workflows
Clean Interface, Plenty of Features
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling content releases, integrating with sites...it's pretty complete. The email integration is pretty fantastic. Setting up automated campaigns and workflows has been really helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish that the integration could run a little differently. I've occasionally struggled with getting the results that I want from integrating Clickup or other sites into my own workflow, but perhaps that's user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of clients is a breeze, as well as organizing marketing campaigns and sales deals. I've definitely saved a lot of time by using the various features of the site.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation tools are fantastic, and the landing page and email builders are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API is not super easy to connect to our backend database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're increasing the quality of our customer communications so that we can provide timely information to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post and analyze our social media posts using the same tool as we use for website analytics is efficient and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, honestly—being able to mention people on LinkedIn would be nice, but that's not a problem since we can edit those posts after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've enjoyed how easy it is to analyze and sort through our posts as we continually optimize our content. It's easier to use their central publishing and analytics than go to each platform individually.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredibly powerful. It is very easy to troubleshoot due to its robust support platform and live chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the initial adoption of the product can be challenging if it's your first time using a CRM. I think that users would benefit most from having a dedicated expert on their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has strengthened our Sales team and our marketing efforts greatly. Having all our customer data in one place is extremely powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to navigate and I've run into minimal problems with posting/scheduling marketing content. I love that it's intuitive and makes everything seamless when it comes to sending out our email newsletter too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more analytics when it comes to social media channels and it was a bit easier to filter the dates you want to see but otherwise everything runs pretty smoothly in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing follower growth on social media through scheduling out posts on Hubspot. I also like how easy it is to access our marketing contacts and save files.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to streamline all our internal processes for Marketing, CRM and Business Development in one place. More specifically, the tools we have to manage email campaigns, our leads database and content creation have been of great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we didn't have to pay extra to manage more than just one domain and the ability to integrate directly with Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot serves as the bridge between our different teams involved in the growth of our business on a global scale. Everything is integrated seamlessly and we're able to better manage our sales pipeline with customized KPIs.

That everything is one location and in one location

The social feature sometimes has bugs, and the insights aren't always accurate if you publish directly to the native platform

Trying to solve having multiple platforms, which is solved by your solution.

It's got great analysis tools and I like post-emai lsend analysis tools, as well as the reporting

it seems like even though the value of the Marketing Hub is good, in order to really use it and grow with the business, you hae to pay for additional bells and whistles to do basic things - i.e. using webhooks, adding additional hubspot marketing contacts is expensive

managing all outbound marketing efforts. measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and KPIs
