With Hubspot, all Things are Possible

What do you like best about the product?
In a word: automation. As a marketing team of one, I lean HEAVILY on Workflows, scheduling emails & social posts, and meeting links. The updates to the CMS add-on also make it so easy for someone who has ZERO experience creating web pages to create pretty snazzy-looking ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing email is a bit of a sticking point. We very often run into issues where unengaged contacts are not receiving important emails. I know there are strategies for re-engagement (and we plan on exploring them), but it would be awesome if there were re-engagement tools baked into Marketing Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead nurturing comes to mind. We have streamlined the lead assigning process when someone converts through our site, which allows our salespeople to get in front of prospects faster, and takes some of the workload off their plate so that they can focus on prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to manage a complicated social media strategy. Everything is housed in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not connect with all social media platforms and posting multi-media content can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media channels and tracking analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I have never foud any other website that offers such great live-chat customer support. They're the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit daunting when you dive into the HubSpot interface. There are a lot of courses you need to take in order to familiarize yourself with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of being able to email certain people about certain initiavites, which is a great benefit to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the perfect tool to track your customer's journey on your website. It offers plenty of features that will make your life easier. The Marketing Hub allows you to send emails, follow your customer timeline, create forms, landing pages, and much more. Hubspot is so user-friendly it really easy to analyze, track, and report. Workflows help you build campaigns based on the customer's behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if it's the best software on the market, the main downside is the pricing. It keeps increasing over and over, so for a small business and can be a deal-breaker. They have a free version but it is pretty limited. Switching from our old CRM to Hubspot wasn't an easy task, mapping everybody accordingly took several weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot manages all our sales rep's contacts. It allows the marketing team to create beautiful landing pages, interactive blogs, tracks our emails blasts, and create pre-populated forms
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small/medium business looking for a complete CRM, Hubspot is your best option!

What do you like best about the product?
I think that HubSpot is a very powerful tool that we can use to accomplish all of the things we want in our marketing automation or other business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations in the platform that make some automations not very intuitive in how they need to be structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the most useful problems we have solved is determining what a more granular source should be based on HubSpot tracking information and routing leads appropriately to the sales team based on how they are coming to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that HubSpot is a great option for companies that are trying to build up their marketing or business automations. It doesn't have every feature that could ever exist, but it has a lot of really powerful options, you just sometimes need to think through things before implementing them, but I think you would need to do that with any software.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the social tools every day to schedule posts across many platforms. I love the different views in the list and calendar format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Hubspot incorporate options for Linkedin documents and more setting for video and gif images in social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, we use forms, social, ads, and campaigns. We are on HubSpot daily and pull reports continually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot Marketing Hub is one of the best tools I have used as a digital marketer. I would push to have this platform at every company.

What do you like best about the product?
Email marketing and workflows. The automation is easy, practical and user friendly.

Unable to name your modules from the editor when using the same different times.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to build emails, create forms / landing pages. The reporting offered is also super helpful to understand what's working. I'm looking forward to making data driven decisions based on what HubSpot tells me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an image editing tool within the platform. It'd be nice to trim images inside the platform instead of working on them externally and re-uploading them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves our need for customer and prospect conversations. We use it to understand where our customers are coming from and how to optimize conversions from prospects to customers.

Consider your long-term strategy before building the foundation. Things that work today may not work in two years - build your platform to scale 2-5 years from now.
