Great move for all marketing functions
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the email reporting functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there are some weaknesses when using business units specifically in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing our organization to one central place with marketing, sales and service. We currently run all email marketing through Marketing hub and are moving toward social and other features as well

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to purchasing, I was using 5+ different tools to plan and schedule social media, emails, campaigns, tracking lead gen. This has consolidated all of my marketing efforts into one unified system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to track sales against marketing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I ever can't figure something out, 90% of the time you can create a work around in HubSpot to be able to do what you want. Even if it may be somewhat manual.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Completely worth having all your marketing activity in one system!
Centralized place for all marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflow and automation abilities that the HubSpot Marketing Hub has available. I like that this is a consolidated place for most marketing and sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates can be difficult to use and learn for new employees. Some of the design aspects of the platform are finicky and can result in frustration and difficulty using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't see too many problems in general. Benefits include having a centralized location for major marketing duties such as file storage, email, social, landing pages, and more.
All-in-one marketing hub
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the way in which we can create our database or clients and at the same time follow up with them. Also, the way in which you can automate tasks and processes and makes our lives easier. Workflows are another great tool to reach a greater audience as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations that we have established with their support team (which btw its fantastic), but most of the limitations have third parties work-arounds that we can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a lot of leadgen, follow-ups, conversions and reconversions, automated tasks, and marketing and we have been able to solve all of that using HubSpot and their automated tools.
Easy-to-use CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely user-friendly. I have used their resource center countless times and found tips to make my marketing better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to take care of duplicate contacts.

We are able to keep track of our customers and communicate with them effectively.

A must have marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has many marketing capabilities that allow us to measure activity accross our marketing channels. The dashboards and reporting keep us up to date and help us communicate our worth to the rest of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some social media features that I'd like to have. 2 in particular: there is no option to put a custom thumbnail on a meeting link page, so it looks funk when trying to feature it on LinkedIn.
2nd: our company name is Vic.ai and we can't type our name without it turning into a URL, so every time we want to mention our name in a social post, we have to post it manually on each channel.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many benefits. It's an all-in-one software. When people ask me why I don't use another email marketing service, I have a clear answer: having everything in one place makes tracking so much easier, which is a huge part of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Hubspot Marketing Hub is the most comprehensive CRM that I've used. The knowledge base and blog is also extremely helpful in order to seek out solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't quite found anything I dislike, but as a relatively new user, it would be nice to get tips or suggestions on courses to take that would help the onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally, the reporting tools are top-notch. From email marketing analytics and social media metrics, it has substantially helped our team monitor each week, month, and quarter with ease and pull insights necessary to make changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use even for those who are new to marketing. There are a lot of supplementary learning tools and resources that help me grow as a marketer. It allows us to have everything in one place. Easy to adopt tool especially for inexperienced marketers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any dislike, if there is a place for improvement that's needed HubSpot is always on top of it or willing to look into it for us. The support staff is always helpful and willing to coach us step by step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue was our inability to manage all our digital assets and accounts, now with HubSpot it is all in one place. Easy to share information and manage. Next step is to train our entire staff on using Hubspot for Sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would give it a shot, its very easy to use and continues to improve its platform regularily. It keeps up with the times and also provides educational content that exceeds expectations.
I absolutely LOVE hubspot.

The tools are great and intuitive. The service is phenomenal. Fast and so thorough!!

THere are a few small features we're waiting on but all in all it's great.

We use the workflows a ton for post-purchase emails to our customers.
