What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see all our scheduled posts on specific times/dates on the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
After editing, it returns to the main page instead of returning to the campaign I had searched. It would be helpful if it stayed on the campaign page so I can keep editing related posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track when we have marketed certain campaigns through social media and emails, and save time by scheduling ahead of time.

Easy to Learn, Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating workflows without needing to know how to code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are limitations on integrations, such as Zoom MEETINGS and not being able to pull in data due to it not being a Zoom WEBINAR license for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to automate many tasks via workflows that would normally take days/hours/multiple resources to complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a ton of resources Hubspot provides to administer and use Marketing Hub. Take advantage of it! Including their support team! Most of the time you have to call or put in a ticket with CRM support teams, but Hubspot support can literally be available via chat within minutes and provide quick solutions!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to manage email marketing and social media marketing all in one platform. It integrates with the social media channels I need and collects most top-line analytics in one place so I don't need to go searching into each platform's direct analytics. It provides in-depth analytics for email performance. The Campaign feature allows you to assign emails and social media posts to a campaign so you can easily view the analytics of a specific marketing campaign that you're running.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to HubSpot is the app does not have social media access like the desktop has (adding images, posting to social media, retrieving analytics, etc.). Being able to create and manage posts on the app while on the go would be so useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, I'm able to engage in more personalized and automated digital marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool to manage email and social media marketing, HubSpot is your tool. It has a great community to ask questions and get ideas. Customer service is good.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it houses everything in one software. Before we were using multiple software systems to do all of those things, now we can keep it in one place. It is also easy to share amongst the team for collaborative efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing! Everything has been a useful asset to us, even the customer service is above and beyond anytime that you need them. I think that there are no improvements needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving web lead problems. We have seen an increase in web leads since investing in HubSpot. Also, just being able to use one software system is another issue that we were having from sharing work internally.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to automate emails based on several different fields. It's also easier to manage unsubscribes compared to other email automation services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing contact limits seem a little low based on what you pay, and we find ourselves constantly bumping up against the limit each month. It would be nice if the limit was raised, but overall, very happy with HubSpot so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send a lot of marketing emails, so it's really convenient to drop in a marketing list and use the expiration field to automate emails based on that date. It saves us a lot of time in creating the emails and lists each month on demand.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a user of Hubspot since 2013 and it's been so exciting to see the product growing to be the true all-in-one marketing, sales, and service single point of truth for our team. It's so user friendly and customizable to meet all our needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had customizable goals to match our very diverse product library and revenue goals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had pipedrive for our CRM/sales and mailchimp/hootsuite for our marketing, with a lot of issues trying to get the right contacts in the right places to market to them. When we moved our CRM from Pipedrive to Hubspot we completely revolutionized our sales process and integrated our marketing for better segmentation and lead nurturing which has resulted in faster/stronger/better deals and happier customers

If you're unsure, start with the free version and scale up!

Easy to Use, But Could Use Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very user-friendly, especially for someone with limited email marketing experience. I particularly love the drag and drop editor. I can't speak to how it compares to competitors, as I haven't used any, but this is definitely beginner friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was more robust. I generally end up having to export all raw data and create my own reports. For example, there are no simple reports on Hubspot that show what date/time performs best, and this is a fundamental data piece for email marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing hub has helped grow our business immensely - the emails that are sent drive a significant portion of our total website traffic. It also creates a much more aesthetically pleasing way to communicate with our users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for someone without much marketing experience. I would make sure you have someone proficient in data analysis, since the reporting is a bit lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing platform is great because it is not only easy to use but it also keeps all your marketing efforts contained within the same platform. The lead capture tools are also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the workflows are not as easy to put together as one would hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used HubSpot marketing hub to streamline marketing automation efforts. It is a great way to keep everything in the same place and see real results.
