Best Software I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
Everything on Hubspot is easy to navigate. If I ever have any issues at all, I call my rep and get any answer I need immediately. This software is 10000x better than Mailchimp. I will never go back.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Hubspot is that when I am scheduling Instagram posts, you can only upload one image per post, which makes it difficult if I want to post a series of photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow programming makes email blasting so much easier. I set up exactly who I want in each campaign and Hubspot takes care of the rest. It makes my job so much easier.

Using HubSpot will make your life so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the versatility of HubSpot emailing and landing page capabilities, as they are the tools I use the most. I also enjoy the ability to make active contact lists based on certain criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to compare emails with A/B testing against other emails with A/B testing. For now, all it shows you is version A's results and not both A and B against other emails. Would like for that feature to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use HubSpot workflows to take contacts who have filled out a form on a registration LP and register them for a Zoom webinar through that connectivity.

Switched from Dynamics to HubSpot and couldn't be happier!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so easy to use and training new sales reps is quick and painless. I had doubts about some of our older reps adopting the software but they are thriving and using the more advanced features daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike about HubSpot. Any issues that we have had were quickly addressed. They welcome improvement suggestions which I have not come across before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past I feel like we were just throwing darts and hoping to hit interested parties. We only measure the quantity of leads, not the quality. With HubSpot, we can see exactly which campaigns, tactics and messages generated the most revenue and it has changed our course.
The Most Extensive All-in-One Tool for Marketing and More!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have everything in one place is so helpful. I can have my design aspects, search for stock photos, schedule posts, and analyze data all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downsides is the template limitations and form embedding. When embedding a form on a site outside of HubSpot, I have found issues with customizing how the form looks and where it is placed which makes it difficult to keep branded. For email or page templates, most you need to pay for and the free ones that come within the system are again limited on design capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data tracking, scheduling, and lead nurturing are what we currently use HubSpot marketing for the most. It truly helps us bring people in through inbound marketing and then turn those people into sales. Outside of their awesome tools, I use their knowledge hub to connect with experts and their academy to get certifications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can get pricey but get on the phone and talk to sales. Their team is usually able to adjust to any circumstance. In addition, their onboarding services are top-notch!
Robust and Effective Marketing Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage my email campaigns, ads, and social media content all in one place! The analytics also helps give insight into how to improve campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not easy deciphering where leads come from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to review the effectiveness of campaigns.
Easy and powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
Developing workflows is so easy and straightforward with Hubspot. Seeing how people move through them as well as all the touchpoints is incredibly helpful and valuable when building a nurturing or outreach plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see a UI update to Hubspot itself so I can see, at a glance, what portal I'm in when editing a workflow - currently the portal name disappears in the Workflow editor. Even a colored bar from the portal brandkit would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for both marketing and transactional customer-facing touchpoints as well as SMS. I never realized the value of full insight into all a user's properties and attributes. It's lead us down unexpected paths for more tailored content dispersment.
Helpful courses that add clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a robust selection of courses to choose from according to the functionality of each HubSpot feature. There are multiple topics and easy navigation, also an indication of difficulty level
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the functions are reviewed yet - some of the courses are still coming soon. Maybe could add more exercises with an outcome in your own dashboard as compared to examples.

Work on Contacts, Properties, Sequences, Templates, Surveys and many more - how to interconnect them and how to connect HubSpot to other products or services

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives users the tools to be able to fulfill all of your marketing needs from one platform. Create and connect ad campaigns, landing pages, forms, and emails with robust, built-in reporting that gives you the ability to understand the effectiveness of your efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some integrations and features that my team would find beneficial. Required properties based on ticket or deal pipelines, Skype integration, and merging parent/child companies would all vastly improve our organizations use of Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding ROI, reaching audiences, reporting, customer and contact management, API integration, and gaining insight into the customer lifecycle stages. We have also had increased visibility into our deal pipelines and conversion rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have found Hubspot to be far easier and more intuitive than other platforms.
Productivity Calling
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses HubSpot in all aspects to grow traffic, convert leads, close deals, and turn our customers into promoters themselves. Personally, I enjoy the marketing tools for the ease with which I can program a social media calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the social media tool, posting to Instagram can be cantankerous. I would love to see an improvement to re-sizing image tools and the ability to post mulitiple slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot we moved to posting daily on our social media feeds which has increased our client engagement and directly resulted in interest converted to sales.

Hubspot brought us into one ecosytem
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to integrate our Netsuite information into our email and digital marketing efforts has been extremely helpful. The felxibility to have everything from drag and drop builders to being able to write your own code is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is how they bill for every contact tier randomly throughout the year as we hit them, I would prefer to not have to submit invoices and just have quarterly or yearly billing for the amount of contacts we used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all of our digital marketing platforms into one place has allowed us to connect processes and build out time-saving automations. This saves our team time and our company money.
