execellent tool for marketing

It is providing all marketing requiremnt on the single platform no need for multiple tool to handle the marketing strstegies, requirement, analysis

What do you like best about the product?
It's got so many features that it really can be the one-stop-shop for pretty much everything you need, especially as a smaller business. Great customer support, a little bit difficult to figure out, but once you do, you can pretty much do anything. The email templates, subscriptions, and sending are really smooth and easy to use. The social scheduler does what it needs to. Forms are great. Their AI integrations are nice. I haven't personally used Events. I use HubSpot all the time, every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to get set up and figure out at first. A little clunky in some areas and not as in-depth as some individual softwares out there, but for a one-stop-shop it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one tool that handles everything and integrates them all together in a way that allows us to better track and customize marketing content than any other tool I've used before.

Easy to use interface and unlimited possibilities to build workflows for daily needs

Nothing as such as didn't feel anything so far.

a little expensive, especially if you need more advanced features. Also, some reports take time to customize the way I want. It takes some time to understand all the tools and set everything up.

Great all-rounder but slightly lacking in detail
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything’s integrated in one platform. Having your email client in the same system as your CRM saves a huge amount of time and effort.

The email builder is quite clunky and missing features that other builders such as BeeFree/BeePro have. It means emails look fairly basic.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about HubSpot's marketing hub is that it allows you to schedule emails, automate them based on CRM contact data, and makes excluding lists very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the texting was more integrated within marketing hub. Emails work great, but the texting can use a bit more work.

I especially value the reporting dashboards and the ability to track customer journeys seamlessly, which makes aligning marketing and sales much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can be a limitation as your database grows, and some advanced features are only accessible in higher-tier plans. Certain integrations require extra setup or paid add-ons, which can make scaling more expensive than expected. That said, the product itself is robust once everything is configured.

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our marketing activities in one platform, eliminating the need to juggle multiple disconnected tools. It solves the problem of fragmented data by combining email, automation, CRM, and reporting in a single system, which gives us a 360° view of prospects and customers. This has improved lead nurturing, streamlined campaign tracking, and made it easier for sales and marketing to work together. The biggest benefit is time saved on repetitive tasks and better visibility into ROI, allowing us to make faster, data-driven decisions.
