Hubspot easy to navigate

Stats not showing multiple campaigns at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating landing and thank you pages to track form fills of our content and are able to put them into appropriate workfflows too

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have one place for all of my marketing needs. Having my website, social, email, and files all stored in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post more than one photo to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has been integral in launching our new website. It has been easy to use and learn compared to other platforms I have used in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is that the possibilities are endless! I enlist the help of HubSopot consulting on a regular basis and feel that I am learning and finding neat little tips and tricks to utilize constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything glaringly difficult to use in the HubSpot Marketing platform. It is helpful if you have experience with other systems of this type to get up to speed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the platform to keep in contact with our leads. We are utilizing a sort of nurture program that has increased our conversions by getting leads re-engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
I really find revenue and contact attribution helpful and supportive in defining and meeting goals for our organization. Very easy to learn compared to competitors and very awesome support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most challenging for me is not have mulit-tab layouts in HS. It's not as easy to keep track of all work/tabs as it is in other CRMs. The layouts are a little bit oversized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing all about how our campaigns, emails, ads and other pieces are performing against our goals is amazing! Productivity has increased with our team. Hubspot also allows our users to learn quickly and engage.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI for Marketers in a CRM is a gamechanger. You'll never want to go back to anything else.

I also really enjoy the transparency it provides for me and my Marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No REAL cons here. My advice for Hubspot would be to continue to lead with innovation and stay on the cutting edge. of Marketing strategies and execution. That will be the key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, Transparency, Data Quality, Campaign Totality and Results

Love the ability to replace other software tools within this platform. All of the integrations tally up.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a great breadth of built-in tools and a large number of connectors to other apps for us to really have it be the backbone of our marketing technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows and automations need some love. There are significant challenges when you have legacy content and really trying to quickly understand what the customer might be receiving. Also hate having to pop out of some places to find a setting or email when it feels like it should be right in the current section of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website building, marketing automation, paid media, sales operations and more.

Hubspot Marketing Hub's Workflows increase efficiency ten-fold

What do you like best about the product?
Automation. Automation. Automation. It gives users the opportunity to reach their customers where their customers are on a hands-off, but still incredibly personalized timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I've disliked or needed more of has been answered by Hubspot's constant evolution. We were hoping for SMS integration and boom, there it was, a solution for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for more than just marketing and sales. We use it as an enrollment funnel, events board, and project management system. It's fully adaptable and workflows make that even easier to do. Workflows really form the control hub of the ship, directing our teams actions based on customer response. It's fantastic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make do the work in figuring out what HS can provide, the HS support team can help!

Great Experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub

What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is to use, the way marketing and sales can work together, and how responsive the support and account teams are to help work through issues. We previously had Salesforce but moving over to Hubspot was much better financially and for having a more seamless integration experience. We love all the automation, the easy way to create marketing emails, and all the ways we can filter and organize our contacts!
What do you dislike about the product?
There will always be something that I think should be in Hubspot that isn't yet, and I normally create a post on the community board or add to one. In general the support team and my account executive are helpful in giving me updates on when things should happen or if it's not on the roadmap yet. Some of the things I'm hoping to see improve are the dashboard filters, better sequence reporting, and custom object associations with activities (give me all the automation!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use marketing hub for our marketing emails and newsletters as well as for a social media scheduler. We also created landing page and blog templates in Hubspot so that I can easily build them out when needed. It is super beneficial to have everything in one place so we like having our marketing right alongside our CRM.
