What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the many different aspects of Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
With there being so much to learn, it takes some time to get used to the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Switched to HubSpot because our original email marketing platform closed. There is clearly more than email marketing to HubSpot! We were able to remove other social and website tools and use HubSpot instead.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are so many platforms to integrate with HubSpot that will make your customer experience better.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to target customers dynamically based on CRM data is amazing. Our engagement rates are well above industry averages because we can give people what they want based on the products that have interested them in the past and the pages that they view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social tools aren't the most effective. It would be nice to post multiple images to an Instagram post, see account tags, hashtag information, and maybe a Link in Bio feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never realized how helpful it would be to have marketing and the crm integrated. We use forms at trade shows for collecting info, and then remarket based on the lists gathered. All of our marketing is highly targeted and we can tailor our conversations based on our info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just keep innovating and keeping up with other software on the market. Make it easier to use on mobile.
Hubspot is very easy to use for both social media and email.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email marketing function as well as the ease of posting on social media. I also really enjoy the automation function and the time that it saves us.
What do you dislike about the product?
That Instagram is not up to date, you cannot post the same thing twice on twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy posting across platforms. Automation.

If you have the budget, Hubspot is worth it for your business!

What do you like best about the product?
I start and end my day with Hubspot. I work on the marketing team and use it for scheduling social media posts, newsletters to our clients, and analytics are helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I use this for social media but have to often jump to Linkedin to tag the people in the post after posting (so essentially double the work)

HubSpot is a very easy system to learn, but it is definitely not lacking any functionalities.
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the ability to easily track your paid ad campaigns in one system. Otherwise, I would need to hop back and forth from one ad manager to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything, but it would be nice to be able to import email designs into HubSpot. At the moment you have to build and design the entire email within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we are solving with HubSpot Marketing Hub is email. Before starting with my company there was very little lead nurturing being done, but with HubSpot marketing emails combined with easy-to-set up workflows things just run on autopilot at this point.
The Best Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I use primarily Hubspot Marketing for emails, drip campaigns, forms, and automation. I love how everything works well together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally, I run across something I would like to accomplish that does not have the functionality I need. One example is with the options within quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is amazing to be able to see all of my social media in one place: Reporting, analytics, and upcoming posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely find Hubspot to be a value.
Its not cheap, but allows you to create automation and save time

We have Hubspot CRM and marketing, it creates a lot of automation and helps us save time. Increased overall engagement and speed to lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe way to the marketing contacts are tracked isn't really the best. Crashes happen every so often, but Hubspot gets on top of it

Hubspot makes it easy to send out newsletters, invitations, and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to upload CSV files, and create reports as you need to pay for a specific amount.

We use hubspot to reach out to our community and convert leads to customers.We also use it to track the demographics of our community.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a straight forward tool. Although I sometimes prefer to use google sheets to easily find contacts.
