Easy to navigate & a variety of capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-navigate platform and the available customer service support at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media capabilities could be a bit more advanced. The analytics are a bit mediocre.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have our entire time hop in and work on an email, social media post, etc.
Easy to Use and a Robust Program
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to streamline all of our campaigns together (email, social, web traffic tracking, and CRM management) is amazing. It helps us stay on track and maintain a cohesive, integrated strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social reporting structure could be more built out along with the entire social media portion as a whole. More robust scheduling options and social listening, social engagement, etc. It compares pretty poorly to other social media centric software like Hootsuite or Buffer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social media reporting is a little glitchy. Often doesn't show reporting and needs to be reconnected to social platforms to report properly but no notification is given until you manually check it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Workflows - It helps us streamline information and ensure that Contacts are appropriately organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we need more options when it comes to Custom Forms - We need to be able to create more Form templates that are for our products, rather than just Lead Capture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Reporting - I wish that there was a Funnel Report that was for Companies. It would be great to have a templated Sales & Marketing Dashboard - One that shows an entire customer journey.
The Custom Reports builder is improving, but it needs to do more without me telling it to do more -- The x-axis and y-axis are confusing. Set it up automatically, then the user can switch the two factors, if needed.

Make sure you get set up with a good support person on the HubSpot end.

I love the platform it is super user friendly, versatile and I love that you can take courses & get certificates!
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics reporting could be more robust and accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSport Marketing Hub can truly do anything - emails, social, landing pages, etc. It is incredibly convenient to have everything in one place and cohesive in visual presentation.
HubSpot is easy to use and easy to track data!

Email marketing features, CTA tracking, user contact data, easily identifying what forms and landing pages are working

Sync errors with salesforce causing a slower response time from our sales reps

Being able to better track how our leads/contacts interact with our marketing emails, forms, and landing pages.

Smart content + personalization goes a LONG way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to set up the product carefully. If you know your use case and can build to that, you will set yourself up better in the long run. Plus, naming conventions and foldering!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot offers so many different channels for marketing. Email, social, landing pages, you need it - they've got it! I also love their customer support. The best in the biz.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are SO many features it can be challenging to navigate it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do 90% of our marketing outreach using HubSpot and are very happy with the results we've seen.

HubSpot is simple to use and easy to learn

The social calendar can be clunky and hard to navigate at times. Also tracking URLs do not always work with Twitter Cards

Tracking URLs has been a huge addition to our team. As well as the campaigns feature. Great organizational tools
Easily setup and manage email workflows, monitor the execution and behavior of your leads and more
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hubsport marketing hub is the ease with which any feature can be used. I am frequently using the email workflows to nurture leads, assign scores and then automatically qualify them as soon as a score is reached. Such a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a stopper for many small companies and even though it does pay out, I think there should be cheaper starter packages until you can see the real benefit from marketing automation.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is a game changer when it comes to generating leads, nurturing them with customised content, qualifying and then reaching out to them. Saves tons of time and really boosts the efficiency of a small marketing team.

HubSpot Marketing Hib is a digital marketing solution for my business. It helps me in campaign automation and email campaigns. And it also has many features with customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub 3 paid plans and 1 free, it is a bit expensive and if the user is new it will be difficult for him to learn this software. As it has a lot of features.
