What do you like best about the product?
Email Marketing and workflows. I also love how we can detect a customer's behavior

How hard is to build a workflow and to modify pre-set modules like the abandoned cart

All in one marketing super tool
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly - the Hubspot platform is so easy to use, which is great because it makes my job easier! But secondly, I love the infinite possibility for personalisation and touch points throughout the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always wish these kind of programs could do more. I'd love really specific things, like embedding calendars into emails to make bookings easier or allowing customers to complete a Hubspot form directly from an email. Otherwise, pretty happy overall!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to have all our contacts in one place. We're slowly syncing them and working through our tagging structure but it'll be great to see how they interact with our products and services and have the ability to send them meaningful and useful communication/marketing material.
Being able to see the data in terms of where they've come from and attribute leads correctly is another massive plus. We're working through this but getting there.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an internal Hubspot "expert" who can help you on a day to day basis and really understands the platforms ins and outs. There is a lot of possibility but you need to know how to maximise it!
Comprehensible CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard, Data Reporting, Marketing Features, Ability to assign tasks to team members, and Feedback Survey feature
The tools I use the most are workflows and campaigns!

What do you dislike about the product?
It gets a little tricky when dealing with Landing Page creation, and while creating surveys, there are a lot of restrictions about the font and color, and designs too. I would love to have some more options available there!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the problem of reaching out to our leads via mail or SMS has been solved using workflows and campaigns. HubSpot has proved to help increase the productivity of the team. We are seeing better traction after getting our hands on HubSpot.
User Friendly for Our Start Up Company
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is straightforward to navigate without needing the skills of a developer. I love that their support is very accessible and just a chat away when I'm struggling with something and are helpful to solve my problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more customization with the salesforce integration in how a lead syncs over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot forms make it easy to track our leads and attribution from our website. Workflows have allowed us to have fewer manual processes and save time. We can easily track results and channels that are working.
Incredible Capabilities and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The three things I appreciate most about Hubspot is:
1. The practically seamless integration with Salesforce. Changing and updating Salesforce properties by Hubspot workflows has been a huge advantage for our org.
2. Real-time support. Throughout the week, I contact support for any challenge that I face. The support is almost instant, and then they follow up with the chat or the call notes so I can share the information or reference it later. The customer support team provides answers AND ideas.
3. Hubspot makes my job easier. From emails to social to creating new contacts and accounts. I feel like I have taken advantage of so many parts of the CRM and know that there is so much more I can use and discover.

I feel like there are a lot of times that I have to create workarounds for certain functions. This is not a huge issue, but it creates more complicated processes and workflows for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see and research duplicate accounts has been a huge addition. We knew the duplicates were out there but seeing it all is so helpful. We also heavily rely on the ability to dedupe lists. By excluding or including certain lists and properties, we avoid incorrect sends and enrollments for contacts.

1) The built in performance analytics and granular data visibility across channels and activities is invaluable.
2) HubSpot support personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and never judge when people like me ask really dumb questions.
3) Ease of use- makes content management, designing really slick emails, landing pages, etc easy enough for non-graphic designers to produce beautiful, optimised marketing and communications collateral. Graphic designers can also easily transfer their beautiful work onto the platform.

Some integrations are tricky and certain features are a little bit complicated (but HubSpot support is always there to save the day).
The price point is also higher than other platforms, but given everything that HubSpot does, it replaces all of the point solutions marketers use which saves money in the long run.

E-mail tool is great! I think the way it sorts data in the dashboard as well is excellent.

Sometimes things that should be a little more intuitive aren't.

HubSpot is a solid CRM for Lead Gen
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool built for the layperson to understand but scales nicely to the developer level for full customization. In particular, its landing page and and email campaign developer design tools are outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI and decision-making around where components, modules, and settings live within the system could be better. I also found the integration with social advertising to be a bit buggy when tracking conversions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to manage our lead generation and to determine when to push marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales for follow-up. This tool is perfect for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing all analytics and marketing tools in one place. This makes our efforts more streamlined, easier to set-up, and review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that many social and paid advertising analytics do not align with those on the actual platform. This makes it hard to validate the accuracy of the data that is being pulled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow tools have helped our communication with potential and current customers. Automation has been a huge help to our employees daily work and productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the resources that HubSpot has to help set up the account, get training, etc. They have employees that are extremely helpful with explaining their platform and creating your customized account.
