HubSpot is a good CRM and CMS and has good features. HubSpot Social could be improvised further.
What do you like best about the product?
Centralised platforms - so multiple teams can use just one tool and co-exist and co-function. Simple and easy user interface. HubSpot support team access is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit on the expensive side, though. People need to be trained in person, new joinees especially. Needs high manual intervention in certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single platform - which is great, no need to maintain and check on multiple platforms for emails or socials or analytics. Helps with manual tasks. The built in forms, CTAs, landing pages and lead scoring are very helpful. Also, database segmentation helps with personalised campaigns.
Great marketing tool

All in one platform (website, landing pages, social media, ads, email marketing)
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't connect Microsoft Ads or Reddit to HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one place
Helpful tool with great features that really facilitate your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
All the tools you need to do your job - whether for sales, marketing, or data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Landing pages are not that flexible in terms of creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion tracking. The possibility to see all the touch points and interactions during the conversion path. How easy is to see which campaigns, LP, assets are performing better.
A Game-Changer for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using HubSpot for marketing. The platform brings everything together—email campaigns, automation, analytics, and CRM—into one streamlined tool. What stands out most to me is how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. Even complex workflows and segmentation feel effortless to set up.
The reporting features give me clear insights into campaign performance, and the dashboards make it easy to track ROI and understand customer behavior. I also appreciate the integrations—it connects seamlessly with the other tools I use, which saves me a ton of time.
HubSpot isn’t just software; it feels like a partner in growth. Their learning resources and support team are top-notch, which makes me feel confident trying new strategies. Overall, it’s helped me simplify marketing operations, nurture leads more effectively, and ultimately drive better results.
Highly recommend to anyone serious about scaling their marketing!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features you might expect (SMS built-in, or advanced social media A/B testing, etc.) are missing or limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead tracking & nurturing → It’s easy to lose sight of where leads are in the funnel. HubSpot centralizes contact data and automates follow-ups, so no lead slips through the cracks.
Very useful, and it also has a very good academy.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very good platform for managing contacts as well as for maintaining communication with them, whether by email or social media management, and it's excellent for outbound work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, it's not very accessible for SMEs; I think its prices are too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to send offers to our customers, and with HubSpot, we were able to get good results.
Excellent for marketing ops, needs more granular API control
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hubspot Marketing Hub is its API-first design and robust integration capabilities. It provides well-documented REST APIs and webhooks, which makes it easy to automate workflows and sync data across systems without relying on manual processes. The modular architecture and strong developer ecosystem allow for custom extensions, so i'm not locked into rigid toolset. Plus, the analytics and reporting gives programmatic access to performance metrics, which is great for building custom dashboards or feeding data into BI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is great for marketers, but for developers, bulk operations and large-scale data migrations can be slow and require batching logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation features have been a big win. Previously, we had to manually trigger follow-up emails after webinars, but now we have set up automated workflows that handle this end-to-end. On the developer side, the APIs allow us to syc Hubspot data with our central CRM, so sales and marketing teams always have up-to-date lead information without manual imports.
Every Digital marketer must know tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about HubSpot is that it's an all-in-one marketing platform. Everything from email marketing and landing pages to blogging and social media is in one place. This makes it incredibly easy to see the full picture of your marketing efforts and how they're working together. The CRM is the heart of it all, so you have a single, clean view of every customer, no matter which team is talking to them. I also find the platform to be very user-friendly. You don't need to be a developer to create a great-looking email or a new landing page. The drag-and-drop tools are intuitive, and you can get up and running quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue with HubSpot is the price. It can get expensive very quickly, especially as your contact list grows. Many of the most powerful features, like A/B testing and advanced reporting, are only available on the higher-priced plans, which can feel frustrating. The required onboarding fee is also a significant upfront cost. While the platform is great for many tasks, I've found that some of its individual features, like social media scheduling, aren't as powerful or feature-rich as dedicated tools. So, while it does a lot of things well, it doesn't always do every single thing perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem with every online marketer is they are lost without this Hubspot. This gives us perspective of customer journey to use for future.
Takes time to learn but worth it for sure!
What do you like best about the product?
Managing everything in one place is key, no jumping in and out of multiple platforms. Simple to use, and the automation saves a lot of time too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is the learning curve but no different that any other system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us easily engage with clients. Great tools to set up clear client-nurture journeys early on, so we can build relationships from the start which means stronger connections and better results for us.
Not quite great for our sales process and automated emails, but we made it work
What do you like best about the product?
we only use it mostly for automated emails as for now
What do you dislike about the product?
not exactly what we were expecting for the automated email set up to be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is automating our project follow up emails, we don't need to send them manually
Not great not terrible
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and helps keep campaigns and lead data in one place. The CRM link makes exports to Sheets simple for analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is limited and often needs manual workarounds. Exports can be clunky, and the price feels high for what you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes campaign and lead data, saving time and keeping marketing and sales aligned
