More than just email
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is the go-to place for all things email and communication. You can create segments, emails, and workflows to trigger conversations with your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything to dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub. The tool can be as simple or as complicated as you need it to be. There is also a great help tool if you need assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve many problems. It allows you to specifically craft segments to reach the right audience, create the simplest or complex emails, and keep everything organized with one tool.

Take your time to learn the program. There are endless opportunities within HubSpot.
Quick, easy, flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to take an existing blog template and quickly create, edit, and publish a new article with the Hubspot Marketing Hub. When compared to other CMS systems, the Marketing Hub is an easy choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one area I find the most challenging is when I need to make a change to a blog template that can't be done in the drag and drop editor the back-end code can become a rabbit hole at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am publishing multiple blog articles within multiple blogs each week, if it weren't for the ease of use of the Marketing Hub and templates, I would be spending many more hours and my productivity would be seriously reduced
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are on another platform and looking to switch, give Hubspot Marketing Hub a fair shot and spend some time learning it. It will be time well spent

Automation of processes/communication markteing campaigns. easy to analyze data and feedbacks from the team. automatically assign new incoming sales and distribute equaly within the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow editing of workflows as it is not possible to save after making several changes in different branches, but we need to safe after each change. There's no dark theme available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of emails/communication. Creating reports analyze data. get feedback from the team regarding shipments, partners we use, distribute new sales equally within the team

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most in HubSpot is the ability to have everything consistent and in one place, which is really important for me when launching campaigns and doing the reporting; I don't need to go back and forth because everything is there for me on the palm of my hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything, but some things that are bothering me and that I would like to have is ability to export the list of campaigns, landing pages, emails, etc. - it would make my annual reporting much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got rid of the need for manual processes, like for example, importing leads manually, assigning them to specific campaigns, etc. With HubSpot workflow, we were able to automatize almost every process in our team.

If you're looking for something fast and reliable, with everything in one place - then this is for you!
HubSpot makes Inbound Marketing easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Workflow Feature the most. We are all lazy, so let's let the software do the work for you. The setup is quite easy, but the outcomes are astonishing. It's actually visual programming, which makes fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat tool sucks. I would also like the form tool to be easier to use. I would like to create more layers of dependent fields, so if field 1 Is yes, then field 2. 3 and more should be possible. Until now only field 2 is possibe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating new leads and getting our message out. With automation, you can achieve a lot with a small team.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily write, edit, and format content owing to marketing Hub's blog tool. Moreover, I can quickly produce content anytime because instead of dealing with templates and design, I only write down content and post it. Also, I should update content periodically, and thanks to the blog tool of Hubspot, updating content is getting an everyday routine for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design part of blogs is limited and it should be qualified as landing page and email part of HubSpot. I can't say my comment would be a dislike; however it is definitely a good recommendation for developing Hub's blog tool. Therefore, it is necessary to have design with Canva option in blog tools. Indeed, Hubspot provides design with Canva option in emails. So at least, Hubspot can provide the same option for blogs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially, with SEO tool of HubSpot Marketing Hub, I can solve errors to optimize the website's issues. Also, HubSpot provides well- defined problems in website so it makes easy for me to solve these issues.
Necessary tools for your automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I find really great is the simplicity and the links between the properties and the workflows. I also have HubSpot as a CMS and everything has become simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like less the rigidity of linking with other APIs. You absolutely have to go through Zapier to link to new tools. There are still many tools available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together marketing automation, my CMS, and my CRM under one entity is the best way to stay organized. Before, I used different tools.
Great for tracking traffic and trends across your platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly intuitive and enables small teams to do a lot with a little, and great for ensuring that tracking works across all channels. I have already gotten questions from our marketing recipients, asking how we do things so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little daunting at first because there is so much functionality, and you don't want to mess up anything for the other departments in the business. I also want greater functionality in the Social Management tab, but it is currently only in beta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working on enabling custom dashboards that track our KPI's, enabling us to track better going forward. It is easy to use, and I can add and remove reports in seconds.

Hubspot Marketing Hub has made it easy to break into the digital marketing industry as a newcomer, so I wholeheartedly recommend it to any organization looking to streamline their workflows.
Hubspot, my favorite userfriendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
In my company, we are using Hubspot as much as posssible when it comes to create some online surveys. Indeed, Hubspot got great features in order to creates userfriendly surveys. What I personally prefer about hubspot is its support team. Indeed, this team is always replying fast, and trying their best to answer all of my questions with as many details as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to critizize about hubspot for now. My company and I are really happy about this tool. An idea of implementation would be to do some online classes once a month about "how to use hubspot" for blablabla...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating online surveys, in order to harvest as many answers as possible from the people we need to interogate. We are wometimes creating landing pages for some specific subjects.

I use mostly the newsletter and landing pages functions and really like, how many options we already have there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some more fonts and it happens, that I click into a field and all over sudden it jumps right to the beginning of the section and I notive this too late. I got used to it, but still annoying sometimes.

We are sending all our newsletters through hubspot. About 20-25 to different contact groups per month.
Tracking opening rate and click rate development is really useful. We can see, which topics our audience engages the most with.
