One of the best platform for automating campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I have many workflows that update properties to sync data properly back and forth within our tech stack. I also use workflows to personalize marketing campaigns and automate campaign measurement. Sales sequences are also good. Both of them are easy to set up, manage and modify.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is the integration with Outreach and Calendly - I need to use BCC to track activity data inside HS. For Calendly, I need to add Zapier automation if I'd like to see canceled, rescheduled, or any updates on events.
Also, reports/dashboards are getting better, but maybe an SQL, query-based version would be great as sometimes I need to add workaround solutions to create the dashboard I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can track everything in a clear and organized way. I also really love the automations!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything but sometimes I wish that there were more options. For example making landingpages isn't the most easy process on Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an overall overview of our marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot has a great knowledge base and lots of online courses, go through those before starting and it will definitely help you.
I'm Using HubSpot for the 1st time the tool is not ambiguous making it easy to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
Importing contacts and segregation is easy and the "Don't send to" option is really helpful to send emails to the right audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
After 30 days overall email performance data is not available but it is manageable as the data for a particular campaign is available all time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to generate quality leads and every month I could reach my targets with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is a centralized location where you can run reports, check data and analyze target markets. The Toolbox is designed to help marketers complete marketing tasks, including: manage social media, connect with prospects and leads, organize email streams and plus much more.

The Dislike Features Of The HubSpot Marketing Hub include Keyword Ranking, Blogging, Social Media Management, Email Marketing Management, Landing Pages, Lead Generation, A/B Testing and Campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized many benefits through HubSpot Marketing Hub. I can track and improve 3-funnel, marketing leads, with campaign creation and lead management. I can optimize how I spend my time on social media with social monitoring and social posting. And, I can measure my content's performance and set goals to grow traffic using reporting and inbound tools. Those are just a few of the great features available through HubSpot Marketing Hub!

Overall end to end flow for marketing helps my business out a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interface can still be a little clunky and my images sometimes swap out for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating sales and marketing much better than before.
Easy to use, but still powerful enough to get the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot's ease of use, combined with power. The big, enterprise MA platforms are powerful, but in many cases challenging to use. As someone with an extensive MA background, I was able to log in and get started right away thanks to Hubspot's easy interface and logical process. The Hubspot community and knowledge space is also incredibly helpful when you do get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Are there limitations? Sure. Are there workarounds that still let me get some really cool, powerful marketing stuff done in a tool that's a fraction of the cost of the big players? Absolutely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation for communications and data management, lead gen efforts, CRM and sales management tools to keep our funnel looking good. Our team easily tracks deals and their efforts in a visual way to keep track of potential revenue coming in. Our Marketing Ops team can build and publish campaigns very quickly without too much heavy lifting.

It's really easy to work in and analyze!
What do you dislike about the product?
You most probably need to pay to actually use it, which is OK because it's actually good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating signups, automatically creating contacts and sending follow-up email, also subscribing to newsletter etc
Best Automation Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Its super predictive and easy to use, has a lot of tools and it's super complete, I can integrate all the automation tools for my marketing process
What do you dislike about the product?
It has an amazing CS, but it will be better if CS works quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It pairs great with salesforce, workflows are amazing for CRM process.

The lack of two-way communication (passing data) on either a limited, one-way- or no-way occurrence.

The software becomes more powerful the more you use it. Automation and insights are immeasurable.
HubSpot automation saves me so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
It took a minute to get good at using the software, BUT now that I (kind of) know what I'm doing, I realize how much time I save creating and using the automated and regular email templates. The option of adding an existing email into a workflow has cut my CMS time down to a fraction. This feature makes sense for us because we have a new workflow starting every week at different days of the week and times, but the information each group needs to receive is the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ramp up time was more than expected. I'm working on getting certified but so far google and hubsport support are often needed to set up what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding sequences, automated workflows, engaging my community using email reminders, and I'm sure reporting is going to be awesome too (once I figure it out!)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend this product if you're using it for multiple objects (ie. contact info, company info, deals, email marketing). I would recommend an easier to use tool if you're only looking for email marketing functions.
