HubSpot Marketing Hub is a decent overall covering tool for online marketeers.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows work very decently as well as the marketing mail features involved in it. Also the integration of SEO- and Advertising analytics is something I really enjoy using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not quite a fan of using 'Landing Pages' in HubSpot. Up to today, I wouldn't now why to use a third party tool for creating landing pages. It's something I consider building myself because of many reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the HubSpot Marketing Hub tools, as a marketing team we can help our salesteam to focus more on their job and 'waste' less time on inferior tasks. We can work more efficiently.

Amazing platform!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so user-friendly and helpful! It makes it so easy to manage our blog articles and web pages all in one place. I love how clean the functionality is, and now that we have our whole website in-house, we can make changes so quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly have not found anything missing yet! The one thing I would say is maybe providing a little more clarity on how to add blog posts to a HubDB table, because that confused me at first. Maybe a button that lets you add it in directly with all its links?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, we did not have our previous website in-house. We worked with a third-party website developer, and whenever we needed to make the smallest change to our site, we had to wait a long time for them to do it. Now we can make any changes we want without having to wait!

What do you dislike about the product?
CMS could be even more template-based and responsive.

Improved SEO. Attracted more viewers to our site. Increased ease of following up visitors to site.

Hubspot - great tool, has it's limits

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of this software. I can customize an email for my customers in 15 minutes or less.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company uses Salesforce as our CRM, which Hubspot can work with, but it has its limits. I am not able to create fully customizable workflows based off of all our Salesforce properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate more thoroughly with our clientele and keep track of their progress in our registration and send out automatic reminders which takes quite a bit of work off our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hubspot to track clicks and view engagement with our emails. The workflow automation tools are also very advanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of some of the design inflexibility. I find that designing in a 3rd party email design software and then exporting as a template works well, but it would be nice to have that flexibility all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our event registration with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with feedback survey and analytics inbuilt. It is so fast to launch questionnaires and gather customer's insight.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is not flexible at all
- task object cannot be modified. So in a nutshell, you won't be able to add needed fields to the object
- historical data reporting is not positive
- automation - enrollment in flow ignores some conditions (ex:ticket based/company based etc will work only if enrollment is off. If it is on it will skip some conditions that does not suit the origin of flow type)
- automation will not work if forward happened
- feedback section in HS - is not flexible, there are difficulties with setting up custom flows, it cannot be linked to tickets
Default flow is also inflexible, you cannot add conditions for triggering a survey.
- ticket based system, no ability to create case with different record type
-no Ability to create relative fields
- re-direct does not work correctly. Ex: you see 15 tickets available and you can click to show then all, but it won't happen. It will redirect to general page with filters... the same works for dashboard when you want to attach a report to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hard to say. I suppose I need more time for testing the platform to be able to compare. I am more connected to tech side of support team

What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer, I like most is the ability to create landing pages without using code. The creation of mail workflows and the Ads panel where I can monitor the results of Facebook and Google
What do you dislike about the product?
On the Landing, responsive design is very basic and without the possibility of editing without code. Hubspot's support doesn't always help. The carousell format of FB is not tracked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the HubSpot we have complete control of emails and landing pages, both on the creation and monitoring side. Thanks to the Ads panel, we check the effectiveness of the campaigns, and the contacts we acquire are recorded clearly, including all the details

Have a tech expert on the team and know basic marketing strategies well

What do you like best about the product?
The options to edit/schedule/ and generate a web link in Hubspot are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can work on keeping the settings more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can load up emails before scheduling them at my convenience. The ability to add lists and keep things organized internally and externally are brilliant.

What do you like best about the product?
The facility to create forms and manage the data, creating workflows with efficient delivery of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API to integrate external applications is still a bit limited and may need more resources and options. Anyway it's a good API and usually works well delivering what is promised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem solved using Hubspot is the need to create automated process to interact efficiently with our audiences. The system offers easy ways to create and manage workflows, no advanced technical knowledge is necessary, so people with different skills of the team can manage them.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize email templates for a variety of People Operations needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing at the moment. The platform has been able to fulfill all of our needs thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems thus far. The benefits for onboarding have been astronomical.
