Great experience with HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to integrate my social campaigns and my outbound email campaigns together in the campaign functions. I like the granularity of the metrics we receive on our emails and social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is difficult to find an overall metric for a campaign. I like the granularity down to which links were clicked but wish there was also a higher level metric. I also wish you could group the campaigns together link you can with the workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized being able to fully integrate our social/email/advertising/CRM and website in one easy-to-use user-friendly experience. We also have been able to integrate with ZoomInfo for even easier access to keep our database clean.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend HubSpot. It has a lot of functionality that makes things easier to view in a centralized location.

Amazing Tools for Marketers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrated features (landing pages, forms, CTA, blog post and social media publishing tool). It centralized everything you need to manage your brand online and generate leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The step between Martketing Starter and Marketing Pro is a big one in term of price and features. I'm dreaming of an intermediate package to help smaller clients experience the power of the Marketing Hub Pro, without the high price tag so client can see how it will make their life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion is easier to track when you use the marketing hub. With forms, CTA, smart content, you can craft a specific journey for each persona and measure how efficient your assets are. With the traffic analytics by sources, it's easier to follow our monthly progress and we can make more informed decisions.

Hubspot is the best friend for all marketers

What do you like best about the product?
I can create and send newsletters, landing pages, create and send email sequences on behalf of our sales team. I am also able to integrate our wix website with hubspot which is pretty cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. It is one of the best and easiest marketing tools in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to do lot of prospecting, generate leads etc. Easy to create and send newsletters
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is simple and easy to use for anyone in the marketing team. it does not require a lot of training to start with. If required, there are plenty of resources in hubspot academy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you just need one (user friendly) platform to manage several areas such as emails, workflows, blog, social media posting and more, and that there is often a lot of resources and customer support to help out when you're in need of assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some tools are limited in their functionalities. For example, you cannot post something with multiple images for Instagram through hubspot social. In addition, it's difficult to edit the blog pages as the drag and drop editor does not work too well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Workflows which facilitates automation and reduces manual workload
2. High control over email and low concern over data breaches and more because hubspot takes care of it
3. Easy set up and management of blog
4. Many ready made solutions which makes processes more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The availability of multiple functionalities in one plan is excellent. It gives me the ease to manage and enables our department to manage and track numerous things on a single page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaigns feature should have some editable functions to set parameters and get desired stats from assets. That would be a great addition and a milestone achieved for Marketing Hub
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a single Platform, We can manage whole marketing departments, and for directors/owners, we can add multiples cycles of performance on a single page. Exellent

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super user-friendly. Excellent customer support, some of the best I've ever experienced. Also, the most accessible list segmentation interfaces when compared to other ESPs.

What do you like best about the product?
There's little training to get up and going with HubSpot - and even better - you won't need a consultancy firm or developer to get the basics running smoothly.

I've managed to get everything from workflows to contact field customisations running within minutes myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one - you can't restore previous versions of workflows. However, you can back them up as much as you want by "cloning". But really, that is a small niggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're automating the marketing and lead gen process with the software integrating with all the tools we use, from TypeForm, Slack, Calendly, Zoom, everything just works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose your plan wisely! We blitzed straight through to Pro packages, utilising the startup discounts HubSpot launched in 2021.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives a really clear interface and lots of statistics. I love the click through rate and the ease of creating new workflows. It's all organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it can be really complicated at times. It's a learning curve for sure. I think they are helpful in solving this issue though so this is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not enough students coming to our college. Frequent and customizable emails help draw prospective students into the visiting process.
